Great way to get a taste of the place - Great way to get a feel for the city in a few hours. Roberto our guide was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. It gave us a good taste and insight into what São Paulo is all about

Private half-day tour - Roberto is an excellent tour guide, always attentive to answer all of your questions. It’s a great alternative to know São Paulo, if you stayed just for one day.

Highly recommended - We loved the tour they attend everything we asked for and very flexible even we wanted to visit samba sky which is not on the list to visit he take us and also helped to discover alot about the Brazilian culture

Nice tour guide, great day! - Our guide Roberto was very nice and very knowledgeable of his city. We got to see a lot, but without being rushed. I highly recommend this tour :)

A decent tour for the price - It was good to have a guided tour of the city and I appreciated being picked up and dropped off at airport. It was advertised as a private tour but we picked up another solo traveler. The guide was nice but didn’t offer alot of information about the city besides a few short bits of info at each of the stops. It may have been because the other traveler didn’t understand English very much. Overall it was a decent value for the money but could have been better.

Bad communication, cancelled on me at the last minute. - This review is NOT about the tour (since it did not happen due to the guide cancelling on me 5 min before he was scheduled to pick me up) but rather the bad communication. Took 2 days for the company to respond to my initial request to confirm time and pick up location, was then told guide would be reaching out to me directly… problem was the message the guide sent me said “hello”… that’s it, nothing else, and WhatsApp tucked it away under spam (which half the time those kind of messages are), so I did not see it. Tried reaching out to the tour company again and by the time they got back to me I found the message in the spam folder and was able to arrange the pick up with the guide…. Only to have him cancel on me 5 min before he was scheduled to pick me up. He said he got into a car accident (I can maybe believe that) but then he tried to get me to reschedule the tour the following day and just “pay him directly”. Since it was my last day in São Paulo, I was able to get a full refund and ended up doing a self guided tour instead.

Driver was suppose to... - Driver was suppose to pick up at 9 am for extra 120 us but never show up waited until 1045 am and has to do a tour on my own with a taxi don’t remember this tour to anyone very disappointed

Bad management - They did not meet the pick up time, and we rescheduled and they told lies that they picked us up and it was not done, we asked for a refund and we are waiting, the truth is they are not serious

Horrible - The tour guide was the only thing memorable he was a nice man. But the tour offered by Viator for the price paid is horrible. I am letting other tourists know not to waste your money!
