Wonderful tour - Very nice tour we enjoyed the whole day and Roberto is very nice guy and he knows about the city he took us with a nice car too

A great overview. - The tour is very relaxed but covers a lot of sites. Very well worth while. Loved Batman Alley. Our guide was easy going and fun. He seemed to know people all over the city.

Best Layover Tour! - This was an amazing way to spend my layover! It felt like I met up with a friend rather than doing a "tour". I would highly recommend this tour. I would do it again if I ever have a layover again.

Best way to see São Paulo for the first time - First, we would like to say, that the best part of the trip was Roberto. He made us feel so safe and truly showed us the most of the city in the time of the tour. He was very knowledgeable and very good at translating for us. He was also very punctual and respectful of the time we needed to get back for other things as well. We felt that he truly customized the experience for our group and we would 100% book again and recommended.

Our tour was canceled... - Our tour was canceled just 20 minutes before it was scheduled to start. We had been in contact with the driver regarding the pickup point at the airport, he asked some questions but in the end, the tour got canceled. It seemed as though he had no intention of conducting the tour. We had to figure out what to do on our own. Highly disappointing and not recommended

Waste of a day - Would prefer canceling the night before so I can book another tour not an hour before pick up. Too late to book another tour.

Communication problems ruined our outing. - Communication was unacceptable and it ruined the experience. The guide was fine and helpful but that fact took a back seat to the communication with this tour company. The tour company changed our group start time the night before at 8 PM. Or at least that is what they said they did.... I never received the communication. The 5 hour tour was pushed back 2 hours without us being aware of it. We struggled to communicate with the tour company and ended up basically waiting for 2 hours before we started our tour. Our tour guide was 30 minutes late even from the delayed start time so by the time we started our tour, we were expecting to already be half done. This is the only bad experience we have truly had with Trip Advisor.
