Sure beats a long layover in the airport! - We had a 12 hour layover and we’re desperate to not have to spend the entire time in the airport. This was so great! We went to the contemporary museum for lunch and views of the city and then headed to the fútbol museum where our kids had a blast. So happy this worked out. The van was super nice. My kids thought they were rock stars.

Layover tour of SP - Great layover tour to spend a few hours to have a brief visit to São Paulo. Our guide Mauro was excellent. He gave us an in-depth explanation of the city . We thoroughly enjoyed his company. Wish we could have him as our guide in the future when we visit SP again.

Great fun for a long layover - Juliana was an excellent guide, showing us so many different highlights of the city, from beautiful churches to funky art neighborhoods, Chinatown, gardens. Gorgeous city, and a really nice guide too!

Fantastic layover tour - We had a 9 hour layover in São Paulo and wanted to make the most of it, having never been to the city. We contacted Gregtur Tourismo through WhatsApp and quickly (and easily) booked our 5 hour tour. Very professional. Quick to respond. And they sent a pdf with all of our guide’s info including a photo. We were met at arrivals by a third party who had a sign with our name. She accompanied us outside to meet our driver, Renato Goes (pronounced GOYZ). Everything was by the book in terms of Covid protocols as well. At this point, we would like to give a shout out to Renato. He was FANTASTIC. Read on, but his info is here in case: [email protected] +55-11-98193-1785. Renato took us to the city center where we explored the sites. Truth be told, downtown has a lot of homelessness there but he helped us see the hotspots and avoid the riffraff. We then viewed the main Avenue ending up in Vila Madalena, an artsy district with Batman Avenue. We hit some art studios, at our request, and then headed off to see their famous parks. We ended the tour at the museum of art’s rooftop bar that overlooked the city. The whole experience was fantastic and Renato really made a great effort to personalize it to our desires/wishes. Would strongly recommend the entire experience.

Thank you Mauro - Mauro was wonderful. He was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, a safe driver, and he respected my request to be back at the airport by 12pm. I only speak English, but Mauro was still able to communicate very well in English. It was a pleasant, beautiful experience. Thank you Mauro.

The best layover in Sao Paulo - We felt that the guide was organized by a friend and not a tour guide. We took advantage of the layover and we appreciated the best part of the city. Thank you Paul!!!

Great day tour! - This tour was a perfect way to start our day directly from the airport. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very kind to us. This tour is a great way to see the city highlights if your on a time constraint. Highly recommend.

Great tour for a short stay. Would definitely recommend. - We had a great day, we would never have been able to navigate the city in one day like we did with Mauro. Got to see lots of highlights of the city. One of our favourite things was going to the local market for lunch and trying out the local foods. The art gallery was also very cool.

A Nice Way to Spend Time During a Layover -- but not as stated - Overall it was a good experience! Our guide Jeferson was super nice. We visited Vila Maria Zelia, the Immigration Museum, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Municipal Market. We had one more stop on our tour but ran out of time. I was disappointed that our time wasn't better managed by our tour guide. Also, during our 5 tour, no time was allotted for lunch or at least to pick up food we could eat in the car. This was tough as we were starving by the end of the tour, especially the kids! Luckily I had some snacks we had been given on our flight. The tour description stated that a bottle of water was included but we didn't even get that. Also, the tour description stated a minivan for 3-5 people tour. We are a family of 4. At first, we were offered to be picked up in a 4 door sedan. When I informed them that a small vehicle would not work for us, they offered an SUV. No third-row seat and one of us had to sit in the front passenger seat. Not as comfortable as I had expected our trip to be since I was expecting a minivan. Still, we did see a lot and it was a great way to pass time during our long layover. I should also mention this was the cheapest tour I could find when compared to others offered on sites like Expedia, for example. So I guess you get what you pay for! I just wish they would have actually provided what the tour description stated.
