a must - This is a really good way to see the city, highly recommended, easy to use, just hop on off right from the cruise terminal.

Stavanger hop on hop off tour was great - Enjoyed this hop on hop off tour. Since we were on a cruise port stop plus having a fjord boat trip scheduled, this gave us a nice overview to fit in the day.

Great Way to See the City ! - The Hop on, Hop off buss is a very efficient and very affordable way to see the highlights of the city. The service is friendly and well managed.

We hopped on.. and off - We  only hopped on and then off again at the starting point. The weather was not great and while we did see some good spots on the tour, the rain definitely put us off doing this more. At £30 this was expensive for 1 ride, it would have benefitted anyone in the better weather.

Stavanger trip - A good way to see more than the port ares of Stavanger. Had the weather been better we would have spent some time at the stop with 3 swords in a stone.

High-level fraud - Hop on hop off deduct travel expenses twice from the account and you won't get it refunded. Even though they sent evidence and they confirmed it. You don’t get your money back. 👎

Disgusting Customer Service - Disgusting and horrible customer service! We are an elderly couple from Canada. Back in May 2024, and in haste, we inadvertently paid for 4 adult tickets when there were only the two of us. The agent absolutely refused to refund us even though the transaction was less than 3 seconds prior. Instead we were handed a red brochure with an underlined the email address , and were told to contact the email for a refund. It is now October 2024, and with the deluge of email exchanges with head office, the bottom line, is no refund because we don't have a European bank account.

Would not recommend! - Honestly could not recommend. The first bus we got on broke down after only a short period of time. These things happen of course so we weren’t bothered, we just got off and walked to the next stop. All was fine until we got off at the Swords in the Rock, the furthest point of the circuit. We ended up having to wait well over an hour for a bus from here. Meanwhile an extremely large queue of people had started to gather. When a bus arrived it was a terrible free for all. People pushing to get on before letting people off, people with prams being pushed past. The driver was powerless to control what was happening at all. The bus was packed full of people which was a very unsafe situation. We ended up getting off as soon as we reached a point where we could walk back into the town centre and did not get on another bus. A complete waste of money. Most points of interest are within walking distance so we needn’t have bothered.

Don’t bother - If I only read the reviews before I wasted good money on this so called tour. RIP off - no signage. No wifi. No announcements only ear bits that don’t work. Some out of order on d bus. Disappointing to say the least
