Highlights

Unnamed Road - The meeting point is at the SUP center in Stegna, a small coastal village on the leeward side of the island. Hidden between cliffs and away from the hustle and bustle, it’s the ideal starting point for this unique activity.

No previous experience necessary; SUP (short for stand up paddle boarding), is an easy, safe and fun activity for everyone. After a short warm-up and introduction to SUP you will paddle along the stunning cliff lined coast where you will discover “secret spots” only accessible by sea. You will have to time relax on your board, jump from cliffs and swim or snorkel in warm, crystal clear water.

All you need to bring is your swimwear, towel, sunscreen and a bottle of water – everything else is provided, including all necessary equipment, use of snorkel and mask and a light snack.

Hotel pick-up and drop-off is available from several locations on the island.

Additional Information

Please choose either North or South to indicate your pickup location. Pickup begins 1 hour before the start of the activity. You will receive an email with your exact pickup time the day before. If you do not require a pickup, please select ‘without pickup’.
All participants should be in general good health and able to swim in open water.
Some participants may face more difficulty than others in maintaining their balance. Nevertheless, it’s completely acceptable to sit and paddle, like a kayak.
Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
While we recommend a minimum age of 12 for this activity, younger children with paddle boarding experience and the ability to paddle longer distances can join as well.
Please let us know in the comment section if you have paddle boarded before or if it’s your first time.

Amazing SUP adventure! - George, Ilyas & the whole team were great. They made the whole experience amazing & lots of fun! The 4hr adventure was packed full of wonderful activities including swimming through caves, cliff jumping, snorkelling in secluded crystal clear waters & not to be missed paddle boarding tricks session!! Amazing value, which included transfers and superb photos!! An absolute must-do!!

The med has never been so beautiful - A wonderful experience! We got to paddle board to a cave, jump off a small part of that cave (optional), and then explore the beautiful med, which was like a warm bath. Beautiful fish, gorgeous scenery and weather. The instructors were amazing! Very patient and really looked after us! A must do for people of all abilities! Don’t hesitate!

Sup adventure 10/10!! - We did the SUP adventure as a family of 3, prebooked from the UK. I can't recommend this trip highly enough! We saw some beautiful areas, had so many laughs and learned some new paddling skills. The caves were such a sight, absolutley beautiful! Snirkelling was a lovely touch and there were sufficient swim/rest stops and a rescue boat always nearby to tow those who tired. The hosts were good fun and catered for all abilities. The go pro was such a lovely touch to send photos taken through the trip too. We made some great memories! Also take their advice and take a tshirt (that covers your shoulders), I didn't and burned with factor 50 on, my own fault!

Fantastically rewarding day out. - Had an absolutely fantastic time on our first ever attempt at SUP. Our guides George and Ilyas were patient and helpful and made it look a lot easier than it actually is! Once on the water it is understandable why this is so popular, it is a zen like experience paddling over the, fortunately small, waves. There is also provision for the adrenaline seekers in the form of a cliff dive; nice to watch from the safety of the paddleboard. Be prepared for a tough but extremely rewarding day out. Myself and my children, whilst exhausted with the day were all in agreement that we would love to do it again. Highly recommended

Fun unique trip - We had a great time with paddle paradise! George our guide was brilliant, we had some extra time at the end of our trip so he showed us some fun balance techniques on our boards. Overall the trip was well worth the money, really unique and the caves were stunning, definitely recommend

Brilliant trip and great value for money - I booked this day trip as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. We LOVED it!! It was so much fun. The three instructors were really knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. We thought it was amazing value for money as we - were privately transferred to and from our hotel (45 mins away) - were given top quality kit - supplied with some snacks - were provided with great photos for free ( a privilege you’d usually expect to pay for) Highly recommend

Amazing Day! - Had the most amazing time paddle boarding and snorkelling in Rhodes! Both tour guides were lovely and made me feel safe at all times. All appropriate equipment was provided and we were even lucky enough to get some pictures taken by the crew! Would definitely recommend. No prior experience needed :)

Great day out! - We had a great day out with Paddle Paradise! The guys were great and it was so fun for our first time paddle boarding. We didn’t feel rushed throughout the day either. The added transfer and snacks were a lovely addition. The cave was amazing and having photos taken throughout the day was also fab!
