- Stepanavan Sochut Dendropark - Dendropark was founded in 1933 by the Polish biologist Edmond Leonovich, who was so delighted with the amazing nature of Armenia that built a house here and decided to ope the botanical park. The Botanical Park is located near the city Stepanavan, in the Lori region, in the north of the Republic. In the vast territory of the park you will see a huge number of deciduous trees of different species, as well as many species of rare plants brought from around the world. The park itself is now run by the son of the founder of the Dendropark. The Dendropark is an ideal place for lovers of eco-tourism and walks in a pure nature.
