Pizzakryssning was fantastic! - The pizzakryssning was really nice, wonderful way to see the city from the water. The boat went far and showed many different neighborhoods and islands. Plus the pizza was really good!

Pleasant boat ride - Pleasant cruise. We were able to access commentary in several languages via headphones. There was free tea (though no milk). The staff were very nice and the boat was comfy and clean. We enjoyed the ride and it was easy to find the boat by the royal palace dock front (side on to the Palace).

Lovely canal experience - Well worth the price and you are given a recorded tour of the the canals and inner city of Stockholm

Walk without royal canal - There is not enough water in the royal canal for boats to pass through it. But the price remains unchanged and we were warned once on board.... the walk is therefore less interesting and much less pretty

Maintenance needs to be assessed - We hopped on off the bus a few times, and every bus that we got some of the speakers were Not working. We also got the boat excursion and the seat was for three people and only one speaker worked. Plus the toilet and the boat they told us has been out of order since winter, and this is an hour excursion could at least fix the

Poor commentary and customer service - Commentary was too far ahead of where the boat was. Crew on board says the captain decides when to start the Commentary. Agent ashore just shrugged his shoulders. Email from Red Head office was full of the usual platitudes. No offer of a rerun ticket. Pretty poor alround.

Very unhappy with the tour - What a waste of time and money! The audio tour you listen to was out dated and the audio does not specify to look right or left. Very confusing and not very relaxing. Barely any seats outside on the boat. We wished we didn’t take this tour with our teenage boys.

Lousy - The boat ride is the only thing worth it. The island itself has nothing. There is no type of ruin to see, just take a walk around the island that was full of mosquitoes, but like hell, hundreds of huge mosquitoes. The guide in English with a very high level. There was no activity to do...it's not worth it

shame, stealing money, unprofessional - The trip never occured because there was NO BOAT. We paid for nothing and with the impossibility to get in touch with anyone, neither at the pier, neither afterwards. This is company is a shame and I strongly advise that you avoid them at any cost unless you want to loose money and get rubbed! Xavier

No Customer Service - Do not use Viator for booking your travel plans! - Due to a train issue coming from Copenhagen we missed out your. I contacted Viator. They ignored our request to rebook and then denied our request for a refund. In this competitive travel offerings - this is unacceptable. Do not use Viator for booking your travel experiences. Zero customer service.
