Additional Information
We start the tour from our office, situated right next to the nature reserve. From here, we walk into the heart of the reserve. Our experienced guides will lead you, sharing their knowledge and passion for the natural environment.
As you hike, you’ll discover hidden nature spots off the beaten track. We commonly see deer and other animals but there is no guarantee. Please note, that this activity is not a dedicated wildlife safari; any wildlife spotting is a pleasant bonus. Your guide will also share interesting information about Swedish culture and the area’s geology.
In the middle of the hike, we’ll treat you to a campfire-cooked lunch in a beautiful, secluded spot (during fire restrictions, we use gas stoves).
At the end of the hike, we conclude the tour with a short 15-minute bus ride back to town, giving you time to relax and reflect on the day’s adventures.

Great hike in Nacka Reserve. - Jacob was a great guide- interesting and informative. We were a group of 4-lovely company, good weather and tasty campfire lunch. Highly recommend this.

Scenic hike with a super guide - VERY nice experience in Nakka with Jacob our guide. He selected interesting trails, we saw beautiful scenery, had a swim and a campfire lunch, and great conversation. We found it interesting and enlightening to talk with Jacob, who is embarking on a PhD in animal behavior and has spent time in Gabon studying gorillas and will soon be studying wolf behavior in the wild.

A must-do while in Stockholm - Excellent tour that gives you an overview of the Nacka Natural Reserve. Leo, our tour guide, gave a comprehensive yet relaxed hike itinerary for the group. Beautiful scenery everywhere. Delicious Swedish lunch. Excellent introduction to the Swedish favorite past time of nature hikes.

Highly recommended for a half day of nature - The tour was great, we had so much fun with Jakob, the lunch was perfect and we really enjoyed everything very much! Highly recommended, I think we walked around 8.5KM and it was easy to medium.

Immerse yourself in nature without leaving the city - What a perfect way to dive right into the local nature without having to travel more than 30 minutes! Our tour was led by Bobby, one of the company founders, and he expertly guided us through trails and off trails in the Nature reserve while sharing great info on our surroundings and Sweden in general. Our group included my boyfriend and I and two solo travelers, and Bobby made sure to tailor the hike to our experience level and interests. I would strongly recommend this to anyone staying in Stockholm looking to embrace the Swedish love of nature!

Nordic hiking adventure - Hiking by the lake was great. The lunch and campfire were really good. The place where went was very close so we didn’t have to spend a lot of time on the bus.

An awesome day in nature - I was a little nervous to be a solo female traveler going on this trip, but Leo was totally awesome and made me (and the other solo female traveler who joined us) feel completely comfortable. One of my favorite parts of the hike was visiting a flowing spring to fill up our water bottles with delicious fresh water and hearing Leo's explanations about Sweden's geology/nature. If you're going in the summer time, bring bug spray!

Beautiful forest 30 minutes from Stockholm! - We had limited time and wanted to see something more than the city sites. This was a great opportunity to get outside and into a lovely park with Francisco as a guide. The hiking was easy but we were glad of athletic shoes rather than street shoes. A hot lunch of Swedish vegetarian meatballs was a nice plus.

Wonderful Nature near Stockholm - The reserve was beautiful and very convenient location for metro and bus return. We enjoyed every minute. The lake and swimming in it was amazing. Thank you Francisco!
