No worries - it wont be herring :-) Lise will introduce the best of Swedish cuisine to you and share the stories behind Scandinavian food culture. She studied food science and has lived in Stockholm for over 5 years.

The venues you will visit, include famous cafés, gastronomiska pubs, ice cream parlors, shops, and authentic Swedish restaurants loved by locals.

The tasting menu may change depending on availability of the eateries, but will always include 3 courses of delicious Swedish style dishes (appetizers, main course and dessert).
