Don't miss out on Fika! - We had such a great time on our Fika Tour. Our Guide, Valentina, was awesome! Super knowledgeable and very nice. She even gave us a list of recommendations around the city after our tour. We got a taste of not only traditional fika pastries but also got to try different licorices (sweet, salty and smoked). Highly recommend this tour!

Great time in Gamla Stan - Valentina was a wonderful host and guide. Learned more about black licorice than I ever thought I’d want. She had to leave a bit early for her next tour because of the metro not running where she needed to go for her next tour but she stayed as long as possible and we had a lovely time.

Great Opportunity to Learn about the Fika Tradition - We had an amazing (and what turned out to be a private) tour! Don't plan on a big meal before or after. We had four stops and found ourselves sharing treats towards the end because we were so full. The tour gave us a chance to learn more about the fika tradition and taste some delightful common Swedish sweets. We also had a chance to try Sweden's fascination with black licorice-both sweet and salty! Enjoy!

Wonderful fika experience in Stockholm - Really fantastic tour/tour guide. Love that it included special tasting of different types of licorice and the charming locations in Gamla Stan. Really appreciated the fact that tour was not canceled, despite the fact I was the only participant. Highly recommended!

Very Good Once Connected - Dimitri was great and very knowledgable He could have used a sign and or a badge as we had a bit of trouble spotting him in the crowd and we had no idea if he was who he claimed to be.

Nice tour but value for money is questionable - The guide gave a very good insight into Sweden and the local culture, offering personal stories in the process.

Pleasant way to pass an hour and a half. - We enjoyed the liquorice tasting experience. While this tour was pleasant, we have been on much better food tours. Our guide was personable but a relative new-comer to Stockholm; she did not provide the cultural context I have come to expect from such tours.

The treats we tried were... - The treats we tried were nice and the host + group of other travelers were lovely. However, I would not say this was worth it in the end. Our host was not from Sweden and did not have too much local knowledge to give us, nor was there much explanation of the snacks and their history or tradition (with the exception of the first stop in which we tasted various licorices). My whole group was hoping to learn more about fika and Sweden in general via this experience, but we didn't learn much - especially considering the length of the tour. I would say we only got two or three historical/cultural anecdotes. I feel that the "tour" was mostly just to lead us from place to place and provide the food which we could have done on our own. The conversation at each location was essentially just small talk amongst ourselves and little information about Sweden. However, this would be a good option for someone simply looking to taste a few treats without needing choosing the bakery/shop/restaurant for themself.

Unprofessional - Tour never happened. Waited outside in the cold for more than 15 minutes and no one showed. Was not notified the tour was cancelled or given an apology for my time wasted. Will be receiving a refund.
