Excellent - Convenient and well planned options for sightseeing. Stockholm is a beautiful city but you need at least 3 days to do justice

Great value Hop on Hop off bus and boat ticket - Fantastic hop on hop off bus and boat three day ticket in Stockholm. The buses are comfortable and there are 24 stops. A great commentary. Regular buses. They roll the upstairs roof back during good weather leaving some seats still covered. The boat is also very good with 8 stops. There is an open section at the back of the boat too. Lovely helpful staff on both. The 72 hour ticket is not much more than the 24 hour. We were on the Red sightseeing company. Highly recommended to see the sights if you are short of time.

Quick and Easy transport - We liked that we have options to go places not only the bus but we find the boat is convenient. We find boat iis so convenient and quick when we went to VASA museum

Good - Noor was incredibly friendly, organized, and made sure everyone felt welcome at the pier. Her warm personality and excellent customer service skills kept us entertained while we waited, making the time fly by. Noor went the extra mile by recommending a great nearby restaurant, adding an extra special touch to our day. We truly appreciated her guidance and enthusiasm—she made our experience unforgettable!

Good your, poorly run however - One of the “better” hop on hop off tours. HOWEVER the people at the cruise ship location need to get their act together! Told to get on the first bus, 20 mins later another bus shows up and we are told to change. but another person says stay on the bus as it will leave first. IT DID NOT. we then got moved to another bus! POORLY RUN AT THE STOP!

Hop on hop off a good way to get your berings - The PA was not always clear on the bus. The driver was very nice. The boat tour was very good. Stockholm from the water is a must.

Good to see around the city but need to improve services - Bus tour was ok to see around the city. We didn’t bring the headset and didn’t see one on the bus. Just guessing what we saw. When we went to the boat dock, we were told the boat would arrive in 20 minutes. We waited an hour to get on the boat. We almost left without going on the boat tour It was not worth it.

It was not memorable to... - It was not memorable to wait an hour for a bus just to have two busses go by too full to take anyone else on. We finally took a cab to Old Town and used the boat part of the ticket. We used the bus only once because there was always a longer than usual (20 min) wait.

How can I give it zero stars. - Very disorganized pick up from cruise ship. We sat on the full bus - in the sun - sweating for an hour before we finally went to first stop. The buses only came about every 30 minutes. We wasted most of our day waiting at the bus stops. The other hop on bus - Stockholm tours - ran much more frequently.
