Excellent - Convenient and well planned options for sightseeing. Stockholm is a beautiful city but you need at least 3 days to do justice

Very convenient and way to see the City - We had a GoCity pass and this was one of the included attractions. Like that you can see the main attractions and also use to get around to the main attractions. Map of the stops and which attractions are by the stops. Headphones available to listen to commentary in many languages but not working on one of the buses App was helpful as showed the map or the routes

Good your, poorly run however - One of the “better” hop on hop off tours. HOWEVER the people at the cruise ship location need to get their act together! Told to get on the first bus, 20 mins later another bus shows up and we are told to change. but another person says stay on the bus as it will leave first. IT DID NOT. we then got moved to another bus! POORLY RUN AT THE STOP!

Disappointed with the Hop-on/Hop-off Bus Service - My most memorable transportation while in Stockholm was the public transportation. Don't waste your time and money with the Hop-On/Hop-off bus. Every time I waited, the bus was extremely late (over 40 minutes). I had to call the office to find out where the bus was and why it was so late. Another time, I waited for over 20 minutes and a Hop-On/Hop-off bus pulled up and told me I had a ticket for another service. There are apparently two Hop-On/Hop-off bus services in Stockholm. On the other hand, the public transportation includes metro, tram, ferry and bus service all for one price. I gave up on the Hop-On/Hop-off and took public transportation instead which was clean, organized, timely and much less expensive!

Good to see around the city but need to improve services - Bus tour was ok to see around the city. We didn’t bring the headset and didn’t see one on the bus. Just guessing what we saw. When we went to the boat dock, we were told the boat would arrive in 20 minutes. We waited an hour to get on the boat. We almost left without going on the boat tour It was not worth it.

Terrible hop on hop off Stockholm 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 - If I could leave zero stars I would. Bus never came no response from operators. Terrible customer service do not take this hop on hop off Stockholm line.

Terrible waste of money - This company was at Stockholm dock when we arrived on cruise. When enquiring re duration they advised they were they for the duration of our time at port. As it was 2.30pm and we were not due to leave till 12 midday I took this as meaning we had the full afternoon/evening and next morning. I paid £63 for bus/boat. We got on the bus to Abba Museum and on way back at 5pm were told to get off at Central Station as they were finished!!! After a few choice words were said to driver by other occupants on bus plus the fact there were disabled people from our cruise ship he agreed to take us back to ship. We discovered that they then don’t start to 10am the next day which was too risky as needed to be back by 12 so all in all we spent £63 on one return journey!!!!! Complained and all I got was you should have looked at their website. Never again. Don’t use - use shuttle bus provided by cruise company.

Basically just driving around Ona bus listening to music - Basically just driving around on a bus listening to music. There’s very little commentary, maybe one sentence every 5 minutes. They seem to have put the bare minimum into the commentary.

Lousy. Audio guide nonexistent. Zero explanation. - Lousy. The experience of the tour bus is sold to you with audio guide of the city and is a lie. On a journey of approximately 90min they only speak 2 minutes, so the Guide is practically non-existent. Zero explanations or data of the places you pass. They play you all the time the typical music of call waiting and now. I don't recommend it.

How can I give it zero stars. - Very disorganized pick up from cruise ship. We sat on the full bus - in the sun - sweating for an hour before we finally went to first stop. The buses only came about every 30 minutes. We wasted most of our day waiting at the bus stops. The other hop on bus - Stockholm tours - ran much more frequently.
