Embark on a fascinating walk through Stockholm’s enchanting Old Town, tightly knit with a small group of travellers. We’ll meander through stone-laid streets, slim passageways, and ancient structures while narrating the riveting, occasionally brutal, history that shaped the city. We’ll begin from the one of the main entrances to the Old Town, briefly exploring elements of contemporary Sweden before heading deep into this historical core. Our stops include the central square, one of the earliest streets in Old Town, a Rune stone, the antique German church, a quick stroll into a bustling tourist avenue, and a pause at the city’s most slender alleyway. From there, we’ll move onto the erstwhile marketplace turned business plaza, the St. George & the Dragon statue, marvel at the smallest statue, The Iron Boy, then towards the Royal Palace, a region abundant in statues and stories. A native English speaker possessing local insights will guide the tour. The tour will wrap up at Old Town, allowing you to continue exploring or indulge in local cuisine and shopping.
