Food tour and more - Charlotta was a pleasure to be with. She was knowledgeable in so many areas. Little did we know before sitting down for some great food treats she is PHD level art historian. Would recommend her for this tour or if we return will arrange for a more detailed gallery and art tour. Lovely evening with friends a lovely Swedish lady.

Worth the time. Most enjoyable - Loved my guide. Very smart and chatty. Her keenness was infectious. She is very knowledgeable being able to answer questions without an issue. Was supposed to be a foodie tour, but turned more into a Stockholm history tour. Worried me not. I had a great time.

Hotdog was the best ever!!!! - Great tour! The food was more like a meal!!!! So go hungry. The first stop was street food fish, really nice. Walk a little, eat a little. Can’t beat it. Fayez was our guide met us at the hotel.

A gastronomic delight! - Sara was an excellent guide who truly went out of her way to make our food tour of Stockholm an insightful and informative experience. We learned many new things about Sweden and Swedish food. It was everything we had hoped for and more.

Excellent tour guide suggest more upfront preparation. - Our tour guide was wonderful and very friendly. We enjoyed most of what we ate, but also felt like a little prep work before we began would have made the tour even better. Our biggest suggestion is that a list of possible food items be provided a head of time so the participants can select what they would like to try without going to places that don't interest them.

Disappointed in "food" tour - It was cold outside so she asked if we could do the tour via her car which was fine with me. But since it was a food tour, I expected it still to be food focused and the only food was a pastry shop for "breakfast" but I chose an open faced sandwich instead. I hoped to see food demonstrations and food place tours, but instead I got a drive around primarily pointing out historic places around town. I chose the "food" tour because I wanted to see and learn about local foods and the 6-8 tastings, even though I don't drink alcohol nor coffee/tea. I even reread the description and hesitated saying anything but the minimum wasn't met. Sofia seemed like a very nice person and maybe not her best day but was also very distracted most of the time.

Do your own food tour - Our private Stockholm food tour was all within three blocks of our hotel in Södermalm and featured a salad lunch at a "fusion" restaurant; the most generic meal we had in Stockholm. No, in all of Scandinavia. Save your $508 and explore the city on your own using your hotel staff, other locals, or restaurant reviews as guides. Stockholm is not a difficult city to navigate. We learned nothing new, tasted nothing new, and feel foolish for having thrown this kind of money at an amateur guide and a disreputable company: City Unscripted.
