- Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

Great smooth ride - Very smooth experience. The bus was clean, seats comfortable. Their ticket service is very convenient since you can use a ticket within 3 momths

Smooth and fast! - Smooth journey from Stockholm to Skavsta and it takes no more than 80 minutes. On the way home it was reassuring to know that the last bus is waiting for delayed flights.

I'm not telling you my name😭🙏🏻 - Either the seats were small, or the guy next to me took all the space. My ribs hurt from half-sitting, but I liked the rest of the aspects of this trip

Airport Bus - I always take flybussarna when I fly from Skavsta airport, so far they've always been on time and you have WiFi in the bus (it tends to be slow when the bus is full).
But make sure you come on time because they can oversell tickets and you might need to wait for the next bus to the airport

05:25 December - We left late because the bus driver and another employee didn’t know how many seats were left. The air in the bus very bad. My ventilation is not working

One of the most expensive and customer-unfriendly experiences - The ride for 60km costs 25 Euro - almost like a taxi ride. And for your money VY staff do not even let you wait for the departure in the bus. Outside temperature is -8C cold, the bus is 20 minutes late, you have already purchased a ticket, and you see the drives walking around, speaking with colleagues and smoking.
The same ride on a Malartag train will cost you 8 Euro, you will seat in a heated 1-st class train, with outlets and WIFI..
I do not understand why this rip-off customer unfriendly company still exists..

Horrible Experience lost 2 hours waiting and time table not respected - Crazy service, time table online not respected.
The bus stays out awaiting to be full and gain more money while you waste time. Call a taxi and split in 4 it will be as expensive, a ripp off but at least you won't loose time.
Next time never to vasteras Airport.

rude and unhelpful staff. - I am a 14 year old girl who travelled with my family on the bus to Skavsta. When the bus came we together with other people formed a trail. When it was our turn to scan our tickets we were told from the bus driver that we only had receipts of our tickets and that we needed to buy new ones. It was weird because receipts were the only one we got from the ticket machine. It was 2 minutes before the bus left and we ran and bought new ones that cost 3600kr. We got the same receipt and ran back to the bus and then they said we could only buy tickets on the bus. We showed the bus driver the other two receipts and the only one he said was “I don’t know” and “you have to talk and tell him that the machine doesn’t work”. It was even worse because there was another person who looked like a guard who didn't help us and instead looked annoyed. I think I didn't feel so safe and I think my family had the same experience.
