Aida - Nice service and driver. The bus is clean and there is a mini toilet. Grateful for Wi-Fi provided. 😊🌺

Pleasant journey, bus on time - Genuinely pleasant experience. The driver explained every current difficulties happening at the roads and suggested caution belts.

Airport Bus - I always take flybussarna when I fly from Skavsta airport, so far they've always been on time and you have WiFi in the bus (it tends to be slow when the bus is full). But make sure you come on time because they can oversell tickets and you might need to wait for the next bus to the airport

The most convenient shuttle service from Skavsta - Excellent service regarding time plan, prices, places to stop and routes. The only reason not to rate this service as excellent was the driver attitude on February 2, the bus at 6,25 from Stockholm to Skavsta airport. He was very rude with passengers for no reason, has left the bus radio on and on very high level of sound, and at the same time was shouting on passengers that were silently chatting between them, providing they have not been seated on the "silent" row. In fact he has forbidden to passengers to use the seats on the "silent" row. A strange and unexpected rude approach to passengers, but I must admin that all other drivers we met have been very polite and caring. We will definitely use every time we travel to Stockholm, I recommend this service.

No air conditioning - 55 persons on board and air conditioning doesn’t seem to work. Too bad. Four stars maximum because of this.

I booked a bus transfer... - I booked a bus transfer from Stokholm to Skavsta airport via Viator even it was more expensive than booking via Fligbusarna directly, because i was feeling more secure- it was pointed an exact day and direction (if you buy a ticket directly trough Fligbusarna - it is an open ticket for 3 monts). Also during booking proces i was asked about the time of departure of our flight and it was written that an assistant will contact me in order to advise me about the timetable of the bus. Nobody contacted me. I had to find the timetable through the site of Fligbusarna by myself. And the worse thing was that the driver of the bus did not recognized our voucher and did not allowed us to take the bus. We had to wait for all other pasengers to take their seats and at the end another lady from the company agreed that our voucher is ok. We took the last two seats in the bus, we had to seat separately and in general we were at risk to remain at the station. It was really a big stress for us!

Huge problem with airco - Warm day in Sweden, around 20°C outside. Bus is facing extremaly huge problem with heating. All people are sweating, it's hard to take a breath. Inside we feel at least 30°C. Driver does his best, tried to contact dispstcher to swap buses. Unfortunately, because of lack of driver company couldn't send another bus.

Uncomfortable trip!!! - In the shuttle bus was very cold and the bus driver ignored my ask for warming the bus. No internet too.

Bad, late and unprofessional - The bus driver refused to leave at the planned time on the schedule, but he wanted to wait for a group of travelers that had ordered a bus and their bus was going to be late but it wasn’t sure. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes in the bus just to see if their bus will be late or not! How is this the customer’s responsibility? Due to this i missed my connecting train from Stockholm central. On top of that, the driver is rude and not helpful at all. I didn’t sense any professionalism here, late, and expensive as hell, 22 euros for a late trip, and there is no closed stop where you can wait for the bus at, but you have to wait in the cold until the driver opens the door. Flixbus is way better and has a fair price. The biggest problem is that there is no competition here and no other companies operate the same time slot so you have to take this company!

Worst experience with airport busses - We bought 4 tickets online from Skavsa airport.We arrived at the airport late at night.the flight was late and there was lots of people at the passport control. As we were a family with 2 children of 8yrs, we stayed last, literally. When we got out of the airport, the bus wasnt there. The man at the passenger info was also very much surprised they just left us there and tried to find a number and call them as there was no one at the booth as well. Since there was no luck in calling them, we had to take a taxi and pay nearly 200euros. Once contacted, they claimed that they waited all the passengers and that it was our fault to miss the bus, but that was not the case since we were so traumatized to be found left on the airport that was closing since it was midnight with 2 kids. We dont live in Sweden so its not possible to go back to the airport and ask the kind man at the passenger info to confirm what happen. But dont use this transport especially at night, as you'll be found left on the airport, will have to pay for taxi and not get refund on anything.
