Wonderful Viking experience. - They work really hard at giving you a Viking atmosphere to help you understand the culture. The do tours through the museum to give you more in-depth information. They also wear period clothes. There is an amusement park type ride which takes you through the journey of a Viking. Fun ride. The museum store have a lot of unique Viking items for sale. The restaurant inside the museum serves some of best food I've ever seen in a museum.

Great museum (a must do with the free audio guide available upon arrival) - Very nice museum! I strongly recommend scanning the free audio guide tour when you arrive because it really completes the visit and gives a lot of explanations which make the Museum complete and fascinating. Very pleasant staff.

Be sure not to miss this one. - We had a very enjoyable time, and learned a lot about the Vikings. The history, their way of life. The museum seems also very child-friendly. The ride at the end is very cool.

Take the time to enjoy this interactive museum! - This is a superb museum! If you take the time to look around and see what’s offered, it is highly highly interactive. Feel the weight of the neck lock, hammers and a sword, two places offer photos in Viking gear, click the interactive displays to see how women contributed, or how religion played a role or click on any of the video displays to see choices of what you see. Learn how to write your name in their letters and how horned Viking helmets came to be. The photos don’t do it justice. My husband and I loved it. If you just walk through, you will not see what it has to offer.

Interesting Viking History museum, although a little small - A worthwhile visit with helpful friendly staff and interesting history of the Vikings. Highlight was the tour guide who was knowledgeable and fun, engaging with the audience often. The museum itself felt a little small, to be honest. Ends up with an 11 minute ride through history, which was fun, even though aimed at younger children.

Maybe better suited to families and kids - The ride was great and the staff were so friendly and engaging a pleasant. The museum itself was surprisingly small and a little boring if im honest. I was expecting a little more however, it's still worth a visit.

Not a museum, more of a Viking story hour - Not a museum, more of a Viking story with dioramas and actors dressed as Vikings. There are no original objects or artifacts, everything is a replica. It is entertaining for children but doesn't offer much for adults who are seeking a museum experience. I would not recommend this experience.
