Local guides offer the ideal way to see Stockholm. - There are a number of tour companies. We booked with Tours by Locals (Anna), who was amazing. Even in the winter, the ferry rides to the various islands were awesome. We visited a number of museums, and stopped for Fika, a Swedish tradition. I do not recommend the hop on/hop off tourist bus system. Sounds good, but construction of levees make it difficult to find the stops, and there are no enclosures for bad/cold weather.

Day layover - All of them. Kate an Mark are awesome! They kept us entertained after a red eye flight. Saw a lot of Stockholm during our daytime layover.

Short and sweet, highlights of Stockholm - Wonderful short 4-hour highlights tour with the City Hall and Vasa Museum. Kate is an excellent and experienced guide and Mark is a great driver with a fantastic voice. Love the tour, the commentary, and all the local spots with their history. Short and sweet tour. We were in Stockholm only for two days and this tour made our day.

Herman was very good. The... - Herman was very good. The Vasa museum was outstanding. However there was last minute notice that the tour could not start at 12:30 which had been requested and approved weeks ago. Also there were 2 hours of walking that was not indicated in the tour description.

Interesting insider's perspective of Copenhagen! - Interesting three hour tour of Copenhagen on foot. Our guide Mia had a local insider's perspective of the history and geography of the city. This tour does not include a visit to the Mermaid statue.

Not Worth It - This was a 4 hour trip not 4-5 hours. The guide and the driver were very friendly. Took us to some nice panoramic views. However, the tour did not match the description on Trip Advisor site. I expected to go inside Royal Palace, City Hall, and Skanken Museum. We only went by the Palace and City Hall. Didn't go to Skanken Museum at all. They did take us to the Vasa Museum but we had to buy our own entry tickets. Also, we had to buy tickets for a boat. According to Trip Advisor website, all entry fees were to be included in the total. Bottomline, its not worth the money.

No driving just stairs and walking - We picked this tour because we understood that this was a driving tour. Instead we walked and took public ferry for most of the touring. Even when we expressed that some in our group had physical ailments that made stairs and that much walking an issue. We clocked 6 flights and over 15k steps. One of our guest had to take to bed due to severe discomfort after our tour. Additionally we were charged 150 Euros for a pick up at port yet we were able to Uber back for 63$. Lastly tour guide was not a fit for our family and seemed condescending to us.
