Hiking in Gnesta

True Nature Sweden AB - we depart from our office, south of Stockholm at 9 am and drive for an hour to a forest not far from a small town called Gnesta. Once there and after a check up on our backpack we start the hike by following a path for about an hour, the perfect amount of time to make sure that your gear is well adjusted.

Maybe you missed the fresh footprints stamped into the mud beside the water by a nocturnal beaver, the snapped twigs scattered about, the trampled and freshly disturbed grass hastily left by a timid roe-deer, the muddy ruts on a tree trunk indicating that a wild boar had been scratching itself, or the dew droplets leftover from humbling moose paths that lined the ground before you roused from your sleep. Our expert guides have honed their tracking skills and are eager to equip you with the knowledge necessary to identify the signs of wildlife that surround you.
