Authentic Croatian experience - Fantastic tour, a truly authentic Croatian experience. Seeing the town of Ston and salt mines was an added bonus & both the wine and olive oil tasting were excellent. The highlight was certainly the mussel & oyster experience- fresh out the water in beautiful surroundings, absolutely magical! Damir was a wonderful host & could not have been more thoughtful & knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend!

Unbelievable experience with awesome “sustainable tasting” and “travel” experiences - What an amazing, memorable and must TRY experience! The journey started from the salt “salary” story of Ston to Matsuko winery. Ivona shared not only the ancient history of Dubrovnik but also the interesting grape farming methods with her professional knowledge. The winery cellar is so spectacular and you will never forget the great taste of the wines exploring in your mouth. The experience of getting to know how organic oysters being farm and the warm hospitality of Peter, son of oyster farm owner was so impressive and educational. This is not a just join and leave tour but you will get true experience of how great and sustainable food are cultivated, and tasting the true flavor of “fresh” oysters, “golden salts”, and “nature” blessed wines. Very thankful for Ivona’s hospitality which truly completes our trip.

Oyster & wine lovers do not miss - We had an amazing day thanks to our guide Mislav. He was very informative and personable and we appreciated his knowledge about the country's rich history that he shared with us on the drive. We saw Ston's salt fields and magnificent wall. Then on to Milos Winery for a tasting of four wines & tour of the wine cellars. We also enjoyed tasting their olive oil and were so excited to be able to order a case of it and a case of wine to have shipped to us in the USA. After that, we were back in Ston for a boat ride to the oyster beds where we enjoyed fresh- shucked oysters and mussels. It was an incredible experience we won't forget. Highly recommend this tour and especially Mislav.

A really good trip well worth doing if you have a spare day in Dubrovnik - We had a really nice day with Ivona. We were picked up from our hotel at 9am. First we went to see the salt fields at the walled city of Ston. Next it was winery Milos to taste wine and olive oil plus some cheese with a tour of the cellars at the end. Next we went to the Oyster fields near Luka to see how the Ston oysters are grown. Peter the oyster farmer gave us a really interesting explanation of the process of growing oysters. We then got to taste the oysters and also he cooked some mussels which were all delicious served with some local wine and spirits. We got back to our hotel about 4pm.

Great experience - Ivona and Milo were our guides for this oyster and wine experience tour. They are lovely people, very helpful and easy to be with. The trip was arranged in a small group which allowed us not only to experience great wine and food outside Dubrovnik but also have lots of fun and laugh. Peters our lovely guide and owner of the oyster farm prepared really amazing food and welcomed us with lots of amazing Croatian liqueurs and wines. Vineyard experience was first class. Highly recommended!

Highlight of our trip! - The Peljesac tour was the highlight of our one week Croatia vacation. We did a private tour because we included a drop off at the ferry in Orebic. Ivona was professional, friendly and a great guide! On the drive, she gave us a history of Croatia and Dubrovnik. It's a long history to tell, but she did it in a way that kept our attention and was not too much information. The oyster farm was incredibly unique and our favorite part! Definitely recommend this company!
