At Ćurlin, you’ll be introduced to the Plavac Mali variety, also known as ‘Primitivo’ in Italy.
Edivo Wines will share the story of Navis Mysterium – wine aged in amphorae at the bottom of the sea.
At the Matusko cellar, you’ll learn about the history of wine production, witness the process firsthand, and taste premium wines such as Dingac and Postup.
As you travel through the Dingač tunnel and steep hillside vineyards, your guide will explain why this region is perfect for grape growing.
Finally, enjoy a lunch of mussels ‘buzara’, oysters, grilled fish or meat, and garden-fresh vegetables at a family village house.
To end the day, you can swim in the crystal-clear sea at a seafront or nearby sandy beach.
