Expectations were higher. Too many people in the group, then the tour guide didn’t seem to be able to answer many questions. He was just going thru the motions of walking us around.

The tour guide was okay. I had wished he had spoken up louder as both myself and my company are both hard of hearing. Also, please informed potential customers of the use of stairs. My company who has bad knees has difficulty with stairs. The first set of stairs where long and narrow. The second set were manageable,
