The talk exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure to meet a member of the Von Trapp family. I have always been inspired by this story, and it’s been a lifelong goal of mine to hear more about the actual events. this experience for anyone interested in the history of the family.

Bob’s presentation was so interesting, and he presents with humor and interesting sidebars. We bought the cd of the film we saw that Maria VonTrapp narrated to share with our family. Lastly, meeting Sam VonTrapp was a bright spot to see the future of this family in good hands! The story of this family resonates as a testament to the human spirit!!!
