Standing (or sitting) near the edge is likely the moment hikers anticipate the most, although it is not an easy feat. The summit provides clear views of the winding blue fjord, shaped by glaciers during the last Ice Age, making it an ideal spot for a photo session and perhaps a light snack.

Breath taking Views - Wonderful visit, completed this with my partner and was guided by the fantastic Benedicta. She was great with guiding us to the top and gave us great information about lsyefjord
The word breathtaking is often thrown about very loosely but it was definitely accurate for the views at the top
It was great value for money and I would definitely recommended anyone who is able to do it

Amazing experience with Hege - Went on a hike to pulpit rock last Saturday with Hege and I had the most enjoyable time, she was sick a lovely person, very helpful, interesting and caring- making sure we were all okay up and down and also letting us go at our own pace and stop to take A LOT of pictures!!!!! Thank you so much Hege for making my first trip to pulpit rock and Norway very special!

Unforgettable winter adventure - We went on this hike in December, not knowing what the weather conditions would be. The weather turned out to be perfect, alternating between blue skies and snow storm. Our guide Jakob was really nice and knowledgeable.
Beginner hikers should be warned this is not an easy hike. There are several steep climbs and we couldn't have done it without proper equipment (crampons, hiking poles, proper clothing with several layers to adapt to the weather and not get cold or in sweat). All together this was an unforgettable experience. We barely encountered anyone on the trail which made it even more special, so in our case, doing this hike off season was a great idea. Thank you for this amazing experience!

If you can join this trip, you are LUCKY - I am not a hiking or athletic person. But my husband and I have enjoyed short hiking in all over the world. When we decided to spend 5 days in Bergen, I found this trip during web searching. We started the trip at 1:05 am with Geir who is really supportive and calm. For me, some points were a little tough, but I could make it without problems. It was such a great feeling when I reach the famous Pulpit Rock. Since it was around 5:00 am, there were not many people. Great Great hiking course that I would like to recommend to everyone.

Best experiencie ever - We did the hiking at night to receive the sunrise at the top and also to avoid the crowd. We were picked up at the time agreed in our hotel. Our guide, Thor, was the BEST, very friendly, experienced and he was always watching up for our safety. He gave us some flashlights to put on our heads and in the way up he was telling us interesting things. At first we were a little nervous about the climb but it is easily achievable, you do not have to have a high training level. When we reached the top and waited for sunrise, Thor invited us with hot chocolate that was just what we needed :) We also made the way down from a different side of the mountain, that only with a guide we could know about it.

Guided sunrise hike to Pulpit Rock Preikestolen - The service was excellent and the company were very flexible when I changed the date due to a fault on my end. The tour guide Tor was very knowledgable, informative and provided us with a great hike. It was a good pace and he was very helpful. We had a enjoyable day thank you 😊

EXPECTACULAR!!! - Preikestolen is totally awesome. Our tour was leaded by the guide Ger Inge and I really thank him to do our experience unforgetable. Once we started the hiking we could not see too much in terms of landscapes, but we could see a couple of lakes. Each time we went higher we could appreciate a little bit more different views of the City and the Fjord. Once in the top we were more than surprized with the amazing view of the Fjord, is more than beautiful and we get the most impressive pictures from this place again with the help of Ger.

Great experience - We did it in the month of July and our guide was Annelisa. She was prompt , friendly and very efficient. The point worth mentioning is although We were first time hiker, she tried her best to give us company till the end.
They could have provided the hiking pole. Unfortunately it was a cloudy day and we couldn't see the sun rise. However , the view was spectacular
