Cedric is a very pleasant... - Cedric is a very pleasant captain. Crémant and warm blankets added to the festive atmosphere of our Christmas Day boating experience. A fun way to see different parts of Strasbourg and traversing the locks is a unique experience.

What a Wonderful Tour! - What a great time we had with Cedric! Our family of 7 took a ride with him and it was such a great way to see the city. Cedric was very accommodating, had great insights to share and was so friendly with our entire family. The boat was squeaky clean! Magical trip - This trip was magical... and the best part was this cruise and Captain Cedric. He was amazing. A great tour guide. It was my birthday... he worked through any little obstacles we had. I would do it all over again. Worth booking.

Rude Captain Cedric with Disappointing Service of BOAT ALSACE - We were 5 persons. My friends and I deeply disappointed with service and especially with captain who's name is Cedric. Kinda very rude person and zero with the hospitality. On a trip day was rainy, windy and cold. He arrived in order to pick up and stated that we need to take off our shoes in rainy day because his tiny boat will be dirty! This statement and open boat in such cold weather couldn't accept by us, so asked to stay at least in shoes. He was adamant. For captain his boat was much valuable than customers who were really will get sick in such rainy weather. And be avoid, that mentioned capacity for 7 persons is not correct. Boat has small cornered sofa 1 to 1 m in maximum, so squeezing tour is guaranteed if you chose rude captain. We asked to refund paid amound 441 USD for tour, but he said we must accept his stupid rules and go on board or get out in rude maneur. Leaving this boat we captured and attached. He got easy money for no service. Bad experience and deeply disappointed. We took later on normal tour on Batorama and tried to forget this bad story and captain with private rude tour.
