Wonderful tour - best way to see Strasbourg. - Wonderful boat tour and the best way to see Strasbourg. Our company was great and spoke fluent English, German and French (and maybe other languages!). If you don’t mind the expense I highly recommend. This is much better and more comfortable than a mass boat tour. Visited Aug 2024.

Best way to celebrate! - This was booked to celebrate my birthday and it was absolutely divine! Captain Cedric was amazing and the trip will be a memory of a lifetime! Highly recommend this to anyone interested in seeing the beauty of Strasbourg by water.

Rude Captain Cedric with Disappointing Service of BOAT ALSACE - We were 5 persons. My friends and I deeply disappointed with service and especially with captain who's name is Cedric. Kinda very rude person and zero with the hospitality. On a trip day was rainy, windy and cold. He arrived in order to pick up and stated that we need to take off our shoes in rainy day because his tiny boat will be dirty! This statement and open boat in such cold weather couldn't accept by us, so asked to stay at least in shoes. He was adamant. For captain his boat was much valuable than customers who were really will get sick in such rainy weather. And be avoid, that mentioned capacity for 7 persons is not correct. Boat has small cornered sofa 1 to 1 m in maximum, so squeezing tour is guaranteed if you chose rude captain. We asked to refund paid amound 441 USD for tour, but he said we must accept his stupid rules and go on board or get out in rude maneur. Leaving this boat we captured and attached. He got easy money for no service. Bad experience and deeply disappointed. We took later on normal tour on Batorama and tried to forget this bad story and captain with private rude tour.
