Lots of fun for all the family - My son and grandchildren had a day to have some fun so off we went to sea life at the Trafford centre Manchester It was an amazing day, when we arrived we were advised that if we booked on line it would work out cheaper which was a huge savings in the end so thank you for the advice to the amazing staff From start to finish the staff made our adventure very pleasurable, the children were entertained as were myself and son! To top this experience there was an indoor play area which the children could release more of their excitement and energy after we had nearly finished the grand finale was where everyone could touch the star fish ! We took home some unforgettable memories home that will last forever

Lovely experience 🥰 - We took our 5 month old son fir the first time and it was great. We went during school time so it would be quiet. The staff were so lovely and despite being the only ones there, still put in so much effort. We can't wait to go again a d will definitely be telling everyone to take their babies 😂 thank you to the love staff at the Trafford centre sea life

4.5 / 5 - We had an absolutely lovely time for my Daughter's second Birthday. Nobody knew it was her Birthday, but the staff were all really helpful and super friendly, which made it a very special trip. Good value for money overall too. If there was one area to improve, it would new the audio/sound equipment. Our daughter has partial hearing loss, and it was difficult to hear die to the sound quality and background noise

Nice experience …. Because it was not busy. - Took our three year old grandson on a Tuesday in November. Thought £19.95 for the adult tickets was a little pricey, but this was made up for by the fact that our son and grandson both got in on one ticket for £15.95. Once past reception, you have to wait to get into ‘Turtle Cove’a 5 minute presentation about turtles which would have been interesting if we could have heard what the presenter was actually saying … sadly, the music drowned out her script. Once into the aquarium though, It was brilliant … plenty of displays, different heights, different shapes, all beautifully laid out inside with lots of different fish and marine life. The displays were spacious with plenty of space for the fish and very clean. I loved that there were lots of tunnels for the kids, with portholes that they could access under the tanks to look up into the displays. Halfway round, there is even a play area where the little ones can climb around for a little while, before seeing the rest of the displays. There are also toilets there which are a real bonus. We were there for about 60 minutes and our grandson got a few little prizes for completing the Quiz that we were given at reception. Happy with the experience, but a warning … it was NOT very busy …. I would think that in school holidays and weekends it would be a nightmare.

Not worth the expense - Well it was ok but not worth the expense in my opinion. There wasn’t a great deal of diversity in terms of how it’s all presented and I didn’t think it was well curated. I like a bit more info. All the tanks are pretty small. I’m afraid I’ve been to Sydney Aquarium and uShaka Marine World in Durban so I guess it was never going to be that great in comparison.

Not impressed - A lot smaller than I thought. Not much to see, but the fish that were there were beautiful. Our visit lasted around 30 minutes. Not sure I'd go back, other aquariums I've visited are a lot better.

Disappointing Cocomelon experience - We went on a special Cocomelon visit with our little granddaughter. It was rubbish. She didn't get to meet JJ and the only Cocomelon reference was a couple of posters and a sticker in the gift shop. There was no information about how to meet JJ, (although I was informed he had been there 15 minutes earlier when I asked a member of staff). A different member of staff sent us chasing around to 'catch him' . I had a very disappointed 3 year old little girl. We had visited the aquarium several times before, and enjoyed the experience, but will not go again.

Overpriced and underwhelming - What a disappointment. The place was packed, there's no room for the volume of people there. There was loud building work going on which really created an unpleasant atmosphere. The fish on display were quite underwhelming despite the glass being magnified to make them appear bigger. Really poor value for money.

Very disappointed - Went with my husband and two kids they did enjoy because it was a day out with family. It took us 40 minutes to look around and go in the play area too. Very overpriced considering it was small and not very much to look at. To be honest you will be wasting your money taking your kids to Manchester Sea life, try a different Sea life if your wanting to go. I will not be returning here again. Can’t believe I traveled over an hour to see this place, very disappointed.
