Wonderful experience. - I was excited to learn and do the climb. The staff (Tim) was very knowledgable, informative, helpful and very patient! The climb was physically challenging. I did not do as well as I hoped. It probably would have been better if I wore long pants and at least crew socks. I got to about 160 feet. What a view! I would definitely do it again. Now that I have a better understanding, I hope to get to the top. Thank you for the experience and opportunity.

Amazing week at Tree Climbing Camp! - Our 10 year old son was in heaven at the Silver Falls State Park Tree Climbing Camp. As a kid who already loves climbing trees, this took it to a whole new level. The staff we not only knowledgeable and put safety first but amazing with the kids. By day 2 the kinds were mini experts at their gear and knowledge of climbing. Each day was a different adventure and we even got a "this is better than Mind craft" out of him. We do a lot of camps and this was by far the best one yet, and made an amazing destination camp. We would highly recommend this camp to kids whose happy place is hanging out in the trees all day.

Great Experience - My daughter, 8 year old granddaughter and I had a great tree climbing experience. The Guide/Instructor was very knowledgeable and patient in the whole process. You are taken through a safety and training process on a smaller tree before attempting to climb one of the large magnificent trees in the area. Safety was a priority along with making sure of your confidence, and comfort using the equipment needed for the climb. During the climb the Guide was part of the climb and was very attentive, alert and responsive to your needs during the climb. I would highly recommend them and the experience they provide.

Tree Climbing Extraordinaire - I liked climbing trees as a young person, so this opportunity caught my eye. It did not disappoint in any way. It took just enough effort to give a feeling of accomplishment, but not so much that anyone in our group of 10 beginners (ages 9 - 72) failed to reach the top. The instructions, assistance, and encouragement from the staff were just right. It goes without saying that being a couple of hundred feet up in an old growth Douglas fir is sort of magical.

A different experience! - Had a lot of fun with our group. We were promised Buddy ropes during the orientation, but then they were forgotten at the vehicle, so one of our party didn't have a relaxing climb. Otherwise, we would 10/10 recommend to do this unique experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.
