Sumo training and demonstration. - The sumo training is a glimpse into how the sumo wrestlers practice and work out. Ten men are working. Not a competition but a display of tools and techniques. Enjoyed the show and at the end the wrestlers have you join them for a few minutes of fun where they have you on the floor with them. Make sure you get the correct location for the event. Viator has the wrong location in the tickets.

Interactive and Educational! - We enjoyed this experience so much. Not only did we feel immersed in this activity, we got to participate (the men) in doing Sumo exercises and practice moves. Our tour guides were amazing, kind, informative, and thorough. I was running a little late for our appointment, but the guide was super understanding we still got to join in the festivities. This wasn't only interactive, it was educational. This experience was worth every penny and I'd do it again. Recommending this to all my friends traveling through Tokyo.

You HAVE to do this!!! - I cannot recommend this tour enough. These young men are so dedicated. Very impressive. Sarah and Taka were amazing. I really liked the local brunch spot as well.

Sumo Morning Training - It was a truly great experience. I got to watch in person sumo training and got to be able to do some training exercises. A must see and do tour. Afterwards we went and got to have a typical brunch style meal, the meal was extra but still worth it to try new foods.

Sumo wrestling - This is better than a sumo tournament, you see the wrestlers from 10ft away. We were a big group but everything was organized very good, it one of our best experiences in our visit to Japan, Sara our guide explained all the details before entering. It is highly recommend thing to do while visiting Tokyo.

Good Short Tour - It was an interesting tour; however, the time at the sumo stable was only a little over an hour. The tour advertises 3 hours only because if you participate in the optional lunch at a diner nearby. You had to be quiet in the stable so there was no commentation during the sumo practice so you had to assume what was going on. I recommend that the tour guide provide earbuds so that she could provide some commentation.

Booked for small group... - Booked for small group but then group size expanded. Had two guides but they both seemed like `trainees' and they did not offer much. Brunch advertised as `learn about japanese food' but we simply walked a long way to cafe and ordered our own food. Three hours was an exaggerated time frame. Could have simply met at Sumo venue ourselves and then left afterwards at a lower price and giving us more time to explore elsewhere.
