Positive and satisfied with my performance :) - Amazing what i have learn. A "small" detail could make a huge difference. i have learned that practicing the Knife Skills is esential. Also a good knife skills are crucial for a sushi chef. Practice cutting fish and vegetables with precision i noticed at the lady instructor that it is very important. Anyway the activity was pretty nice and im just a beginner so, i dont have much expectation for now :) Very instructive to try it, you will learn a lot, not only the sushi art.

Details makes the difference for us - The atmosphere was a surprisie coz we never seen a traditional Japanese workshop. The lady was nice, and she also offers a Japanese characters drawing on t shirts. Interesting. English speaker so all went well. She demonstrated each step clearly, and we even got to try our hand at making tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelette). Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the class and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning how to make sushi. Our favorite part was tasting the sushi we made—it was almost perfect.
