Awesome key west tour - The most memorable time was spending the time with my wife on our 48 Anniversary.Also I will remember our bus tour guide Cindy she was an awesome guide very professional & you could tell she really loved her job .Thank you Cindy 😀

Great Experience - Great Experience! We stayed in Hollywood and wanted to experience the Florida Keys while we were there. Hopped on the bus (early but no complaints), got to see Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, stopped in Key Largo, and went over 7 Mile Bridge. Got some history and bus was comfy enough to take a little nap both there and on the way home. Plan for a long day but well worth it!!

Tour guide experience poor - The trip to key west, booked on trip advisor, was overall good however there were some areas for improvement. The bus driver was safe and efficient however the tour guide was rude, lazy and most times we were not able to understand him on an English speaking tour. To start we were told to be at the pick up spot 15 minutes before the time which was 6am. We got there by 5:40 am and waited on the street in the tropical storm conditions until 6:05, when the bus finallly anrrived. Upon getting on the bus we were interrogated not welcomed and others were told that this was not their bus but not told why or where to go. Upon initial departure my sister and I were told there was a bathroom on the bus but we were only allowed to “do number one (urination). We were the only guests on the bus of at least twenty five people told we could only urinate. There was a half a roll of toilet paper, only, for the whole day and no soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom. Additionally, the tour guide sat in his seat facing the front of the bus and gave some information about the areas where we traveled but sounded like he was reading from a script and mumbled with mixed Spanish English and was very hard to understand. He did not try to engage the passengers, answer or ask if anyone had questions and slept most of the trips in his seat when he was not spitting phlegm into his spitting bucket or answering or talking on his very loud ringjng phone. I understand there are many different types of people in this world but if you take a job as a tour guide I think you should be engaging, nice, informative of the area you are bringing people and just a kind human. This man was not. A nine hour bus ride could have been more enjoyable. Also they took us to breakfast and said we only had fifteen minutes to use the facilities order food and eat and I felt it was very rude when he was beeping the horn at two elderly women who were finishing their breakfast. Not sure I will ever book another tour with this company unfortunately.

Stop n Go n Stop n Go - Too many stops in Miami. The guide was very nice and informative but the 10 stops in Miami was brutal

UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE! - Bus was FILTHY!, outlets for charging cell phones didn’t work, you were not allowed to do #2 unless it was an emergency!! and the Tour guide was hard to understand!

Not good, Tour guide very good - Toilet was not maintained properly Seats no leg room, ran low on fuel, No scheduled stop on return. Driver drove on shoulder of road to pass cars, rarely used side mirrors, did not clean windshield during his layover.Toilet almost overflowed, Driver used AC to blow smell through out bus!!!

Don't purchase - It stated to show up 15 minutes to pick up time at 6 am. I called several times at 7 am. Alongside another couple who was earlier than us. No response or answer why they were an hour late. Called TripAdvisor, and they were unable to contact the company as well. Do not waste your time getting up for this! This is not how we wanted our vacation to go. 😒 we ended up driving ourselves to key west to do our own tour.

Ruined my vacation! - First the bus was 30 minutes late. Then refused to take me, because im in a wheelchair. I woke up at 2:30 am on my vacation. Took a Uber $30 there. Waited in the cold for 45 minutes, because they told us to be there 15 minutes early. Then got denied transportation, because of my disability. Had to pay another $20 to get back to our hotel. Have tried calling to get my refund and, hopefully some kind of compensation. I keep getting a answer machine. If you are disabled, don't book this trip.

Disappointing - We arrived at the pick up location at 5:45 AM and a bus arrived at 6:10 AM and we’re told that it was not our bus. We were also told that we have to wait for the other bus. We waited until 6:55 to leave and the bus still did not arrive. I want my refund.
