Amazing and memorable experience - We had an excellent tour with our guide Faruq. All arrangements were done well. Pick up was on time. The transport arrangements were up to the mark. We got some great views as Faruq took us quite early to some vantage points ahead of the crowd. He was good with kids as well engaging in some stargazing with them and keeping them occupied while we were waiting for the sunrise.
The views are breathtakingly beautiful and not to be missed.
I would gladly recommend Cheapbromo and Faruq for this tour.

Coolest volcano & breathtaking beauty - Highly recommend this tour! I was delighted with the friendly hospitality and atmosphere from the very first moment we met our driver Josey to our fantastic tour guide Trista. The entire team of three were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome & never rushed. On the contrary they encouraged questions, which I’m glad they did because this helped understand the significance of the site and the village culture.
Truly an epic experience and thankful for Trista and her team!! I can’t wait to come back & take this very same tour and many more with our new friend Trista!

A Joyful Tour of Breathtaking Scenery - We were picked up by your guide Hreesang and a driver from our Surabaya hotel and immediately we knew we were in for a great time. Hreesang was so enthusiastic and warm, and clearly laid out the plans and various options that would present as we went. He was easy to talk to, gave great insights about the history, cultures and developments of the area, and knew when we needed some space to ourselves to enjoy the wonders of Bromo, or to have some rest.
The mountains themselves and surrounding area were truly beautiful!! We were expecting one or two spectacular volcanoes - and the tour delivered on that - but we didn't anticipate that the landscape all around would be so stunning and awe-inspiring. The contrast of heading in before sunrise and then returning through the morning made for an exciting contrast as we realised what a special place we had be brought to.
It became apparent quickly that the early morning wake-up would be totally worth it, and by the end of the tour we were well-fed, full of interesting information, and feeling like we'd just spent the day travelling around with a good friend. At every turn we were made comfortable, down to small touches like being perched perfectly to watch the sun rise with a ground sheet and a blanket. This tour and Hreesang has our full thanks and recommendation!

Stunning scenes with friendly and attentive guide - Our trip to Bromo was wonderful! Hreesang, our friendly and attentive guide, made sure our every desire was catered for. We had the most efficient driver, were helped to the best view points, enjoyed delicious snacks and drinks and enjoyed Hreesang's companionship along the way. The early start was well worth it and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Stunning views! Seamless tour- Rizky was great guide - Amazing day trip from Surabaya!! Rizky was such a great tour guide. He made the trip so seamless from the hotel pickup in Surabaya through the whole day. We got there early and up to the spot before all the crowds. He got us in the best spot and even brought his tri pod to take some really cool photos and videos! There’s isn’t much hiking involved except for to the crater which only takes about 10/15 min to walk up. All the views are breathtaking and the tour was perfect!

Mount Bromo and Madakipura waterfalls - Absolutely recommended experience
Our guide Rizky was perfect: very knowledgeable, kind, attentive to our needs and also an excellent photographer. Even though the weather wasn't on our side, he did his best to make us have a great day and he succeeded. Beautiful Bromo, and waterfalls not to be missed!

Best experience in indonesia - Definitely my best experience in Indonesia. Our guide Elshar was super friendly and helpful throughout our journey, and took good care of my gf who got uncomfortable watching the sunrise in the cold wind. At Madakaripura he helped me keep my belongings from getting wet so that I can focus on the scenery. Thanks to him and the good weather we had an unforgettable journey in Surabaya. Would like to come again to visit Ijen and Sewu with this company if there is a chance.

The most beautiful sunrise ever - It was an unforgettable trip with a stunning view of Mount Bromo. The guide (Wardah) and the driver (Tomy) are cool local guides. Even though Wardah is fasting, she's willing to bring me a climb to the top of the Legenda Craterului Tengger.
The tour started really early (23.30) for the sun rising in the next morning, It was a good decision due to avoiding crowned people and traffic on the top.

The experoence was incredible. Our guide Sham was brilliant. He explained us everything and made the trip easy and fun! - Sham was brilliant! Nice guy, nice guide, fun and clear!

110% recommended - ask for Hreesang as tour guide! - We did a private tour to Mt Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall. Everything was perfectly organised. We could take whatever time we wanted at the respective places. The agency was very helpful whilst planning the trip via WA. But our personal highlight was our tour guide, Hreesang! His explanations and everything he knew was so insightful and perfect English somemore. He was prepared for everything even had a foil to cover ourselves from the cold! He was so good hearted and you felt that he loved what he did and with who he did it. A person who shines from within! He made the trip such a great experience and unforgettable!
