Unforgettable experience - Via was a great Guide, without having to worry about anything we were provided breakfast and set off on adventure. We were first taken to Madakaripura waterfall, after which we visited Bromo and watched the sunset from the viewpoint. Initially we had booked for a sunrise visit departing at night, but we loved the absence of crowds and the tranquility of the places visited day and sunset time. It was all spectacular, we were guided with kindness and sympathy. Also, Via took some nice souvenir photos of us. Definitely an unforgettable day, not to be missed!

Mount Bromo at sunrise and splendid waterfall - Beautiful day with Nadal and Ricky who accompanied us all day around 2 beautiful activities. Adorable as all Javanese, Nadal is an excellent guide who took us to beautiful spots to take photos of Bromo in the sunrise. Ricky is a great driver who drives very well. Both are very funny and shared a lot with us in the car. I recommend 100%

One of the best sunrises we've seen followed by an epic waterfall! - We participated in this tour along our 11-day trip through Indonesia. Our guide (Via) arrived just after midnight with our driver; she pointed out our mineral waters, but then we had a quiet ride. We arrived at the jeep pickup area just over 2 hours later, stopping for a toilet break at Rest Area KM 819A. We sat for coffee, fried bananas, and the warmth of charcoal pot at Warung Buk Lilis along the strip of purveyors at King Kong Hill. Just after 4:30am we walked to the viewing spot; sunrise was on the left while the main volcano cones of Mt. Bromo are to the right of the viewing area. After taking photos for a bit, we eventually departed and began the long arduous move and park descent back down the hill with the rainbow-colored line of Land Cruisers. After stop and go traffic, we made our way over to hike to the top of Bromo Crater. It was quite dusty and there was quite a bit of horsing around (there were a lot of horses) across the sand and slope to the stairway of unathletic tourists. However, the biggest factor was how much more dry the atmosphere is there, so much more than everywhere else we'd been to previously. Bromo hisses away once you’re on top and an intelligent person assumes if Bromo as much as has a hot sauce burp we’re all dead; it’s a powerful and impressive crater. I dare someone not to be impressed by Madakaripura Waterfalls! Another enclosed theater of 200meter waterfalls down impressive artistically carved rock faces blanketed with green moss and plant life. You will have several stream crossings and you will get rained on like it was a heavy downpour; the plastic ponchos that are included as part of admission helped.

Absolutely amazing. Recommend. - We are a couple from Bulgaria and had 2 days tour with IDN Trip Experiences- one from Surabaya airport to Tumpak Sewu waterfall and the other day- sunrise Bromo tour and Madakaripura Waterfall. Our driver Ricky was accurate, kind, drove safely and avoided traffic jams. Our guide for the second day Nazifa was the nicest kind person. She showed us the best sunrise viewpoint, climbed with us Bromo, told us interesting things about Java island. And when the tour was over we wanted more.

Excellent Mt Bromo tour. - Advanture and enjoyable tour package for my family trip. We were guided with an experience and hospitality tour guide.

Great expiriance and amazing view - All the communication was done through WhatsApp with no problems. We got picked up just before midnight at the train station in Surabaya as agreed by our guide Via and our driver. It took us 2 hours to get to the point where we swapped the car for the jeep. Since we got there early we waited at the little bar with some coffee /tea and fried bananas :) The hike took us about 10 minutes to the point where the magic almost happened. Unfortunately, we didn't see the sunrise as we planned but you can't do anything about the weather. We were just happy it didn't rain since we were in the middle of the rainy season. The view was still amazing afterward. After that, we went for a short drive and walk before climbing 250 stairs to Mt. Bromo crater. The place was not that busy so we were happy about that. We were served breakfast at the local restaurant and after that, it was time to head towards the waterfall. The crew (Budi, Via and the 2 drivers) were all great so I would recommend this company for your next Mt. Bromo tour.

Fantastic volcano and waterfalls - As a woman traveling alone, Alvina was a perfect companion. She was supportive and professional and well informed. Her drivers were excellent and friendly. The volcano and waterfalls were truly spectacular. The trip of a life time. I had the perfect tour guides that accomodated for my every need.

The sunrise in Mount Bromo is really worth seeing - The experience is incredible regardless with whom you do it with! Given that I have travelled alone, I would have valued a better understanding in advance on what everything entailed (did not particularly enjoyed being treated as "just another one"). The strategy to get away from the crowds and traffic worked but honestly, the waterfall in a "temporarily closed" park was just a tourist trap.
