“Great guide from Mount Bromo. We had Yohanes as our guide and driver, whom we communicated well via Whatsapp. He was patient and a careful and skilled driver. He explained his rationale of doing things (e.g. why we have to depart for Mt Bromo earlier to get a good seat). My child was carsick and he drove very slowly and gently so that she will not throw up. He also lent her his blanket while waiting for sunrise so that she could be kept warm. He was also open to any change in itinerary and always had a smile for us. When requested, he brought us to the different shops and suggested what we could buy to bring home. We had a great time with him and he is like a friend. We also have good arrangements with Mt Bromo office who patiently handled my queries and requests. Have been recommending both the agency and Yohanes to my friends since I came back.” - Reviewed at 2024-09-13

Whether you’re exploring the city’s cultural treasures or venturing into the wilds of East Java, Surabaya offers a wealth of experiences that are sure to thrill and inspire.
