Favourite Jet Ski experience - I truly enjoyed the fun jet ski ride and it was an awesome experience for me. I will definitely go for more of it again. It was easy to pick up the lesson and go ride solo as well. Love it when I could feel the cool breeze and wind lashing on my face. So thrilling! Laura SG

Great experience.... - Great experience. Friendly tour guides! One note: It says "30mins" on the title while it takes more than 1 hour in total since the check-in process and guide before the experience.

Disappointed - Shout out to the guys on the water and the kind young girl behind the desk only. The rest was a disappointing experience. Our highlight from our Gold Coast trip was a jetski experience but now we have nothing to show for it. You cant take your own hand held devices with as I understand regarding safety but we had a 360 camera and the day prior i asked of we could bring it and the lady said yes and they would give us a belt thing to attach it to, on arrival they didnt have one so all our cameras stayed in the lockers. Ride was very nice and well maintained skis but as I wanted to treasure this memory with photos which you can purchase (at VERY high prices) i have attached the poor quality photos on this review. They emailed them to me for free that I can edit them myself, tried and still looked terrible and when shown to the manager she said oh that looks great (you decide). When the kind young lady asked if I would like the gopro video i said yes please, can you email it to me and the manager reinforced that It will need to be purchased. The gopro video you only see one person, the driver, we had small kids on thr back and nothing to show for it. Photos below for you to devide yourself, instead of management taking this onboard to try rectify for the next groups coming through, all we got were lowsy photos to edit ourselves.

Jetski Experience - I bought my sons a half hour jetski experience on the river and while the experience was good, one of the staff members was impatient and angry on the water. Both my sons have ridden jetskis before and hold marine licences in Queensland. I was disappointed to hear that the fun experience was ruined by the yelling and rudeness.

refund - My partner & I came up from Sydney last week and we booked the jetski ride on the 3rd of October 2022 and as we were looking forward to the jetski ride, literally the night before the trip it cancelled on us for no reason through the TripAdvisor app. we didn’t receive a notification about it, no call , no text msg & no email? We had assumed it was because of the weather since it was raining really bad the day before, so we tried to contact the jetski place the next morning and nobody had answered. after trying to get through to them 3 times, we contacted TripAdvisor and they requested that they’d give us a refund and said it would take 72 hours. It’s now been a week and we still haven’t received the refund, we contacted again just to be told that the jetski ride denied our refund. They assumed they tried to contact us about the refund but obviously lied because we didn’t receive any missed calls. We never took this trip and we never canceled on them, they canceled the trip on us so I’d kindly like to ask for our FULL refund back as we did not attend this trip and we did try to contact the place as well.
