The best experience and great service - An awesome experience!!!!! Love them both so much. Jake was super supportive and experienced with our Jet ski experience, also Rob and Charles with parasail experience, they were lovely, supportive, experienced and professional. We had such a great time and definitely will do it again!!!!! Highly recommend 👌

Sensational say on the water - Jordy & Azza were fantastic today & made our first parasailing experience memorable. They even managed to throw in dolphin watching as an added bonus. Thank you both guys, what a great day. Also did the jetski which was my favourite activity, my first time & oh wow!

Best tour operators on the Gold Coast! - The parasailing was sooo much fun and the views spectacular. The team in the boat were super experienced and created a really fun atmosphere. We opted for "dipping" and experienced toes skimming across the water, super high heights followed by a little dunking and lots of laughter. It was definitely worth the money paid and we will definitely do it again. We also did the jetski experience which also was a blast. Next time we'll do it for longer!

Adventures - The staff and owners are amazing! We have been back numerous times and will continue to go back. So much fun, so supportive and helpful. Funny to!

Fun and exciting - The jet ski and parasailing was very fun and thrilling, the staff really cared about our safety on the water. We made new friends on the trip with parasailing and the staff were great the skipper and Jordan (i think, sorry) made it really fun and they were easy to get along. Was so fun it felt so short

The last place to be recommended on Gold coast. - We booked in for a Jetski and parasail package for our anniversary day online and were highly disappointed with the service. Upon reaching the reception on the day of the adventure we were told there was a miscommunication and they couldn't accommodate us for the said slot. The options we were given is to change the date and time which couldn't be possible with our schedule and other bookings for our tour or a refund. We understand due to the pandemic going on everyone have their restrictions, but this is why booking availabilities are in place. Highly inefficient and least bothered staff who couldn't manage to inform us about the changes prior. Due to the last minute rejection we had to drop the plans of the adventure as all the other operators were pre-booked. For everyone who is looking for bookings especially with the specific time slots according to their itinerary this is a suggestion to get yourself booked with any other tour operators in the area, mind you there are plenty. Would have loved to give negative stars for ruining the anniversary morning.

Worst place for jet ski and parasailing - Worst customer service, their parasailing was good but they handover all blur pictures and for jet ski they sais we were busy that’s why forgot to take it, they are not available on given time too much mix up things happened and spoiled my jet ski and parasailing.

Parasailing and Jet ski ride - I am happy with the parasailing but not happy with the Jet ski ride, one of the instructor was not nice... I understand he was concerned about out safety matter but I will not go there again. Thank you!
