A Fun Experience With A Great Tour Company - Jenny's Shanghai Tours is a great way to see Shanghai and the surrounding area. We had a private guide (Troy was very knowledgeable and was an excellent guide) and car and saw all the major sites, including the Bund, Yu Gardens, Jade Temple, and Ancient water town. The tours were very easy to book...we got exactly the experience we were looking for and had a great time!

Nice tour to Suzhou. - Complies correctly with the agreement.
Guide in Spanish which speaks perfectly, plus Marà was very nice and taught me the history of that city.
The schedule was fulfilled, the journey is short by train ( 45 minutes ) and the visits very beautiful (garden and walls ).
The visit to the silk factory very interesting.
In short, they'll like it.

Would Recommend! - My family enjoyed both the tours around Suzhou and Hangzhou! They were able to experience a mix of history, food, and beautiful sights! I think it was a perfect 2 days for them to see other cities close to shanghai. The tour was also very convenient for them as they were picked up from their hotel and brought back accordingly. Overall, great experience and would recommend to friends for future travel :)

Longevity, auspiciousness and peace! - We had a wonderful time yesterday discovering Suzhou with Cathy as our guide. She went over and beyond our expectations. She was very knowledgeable about history and eloquent in speaking the English language. She made us feel really comfortable the whole tour. We tried a lot of street foods and the noodle place was really enjoyable too. The highlight for us was the Tongli water town. The tranquility of the place transports you back to the old times. Cathy helped us a lot in terms of booking reservations to showing us how to get from point A to point B. Also appreciate our driver who dropped us off at the circus world! Made it really convenient for us. To your whole team, what an amazing effort! We will surely spread the word of your excellent service and will definitely book tours with you again when we get the chance to come back to China! Xie xie nin!

Fantastic flexible tour - We were looking for a bespoke tour from Shanghai to Suzhou, including Tiger Hill and The Humble Administrations Garden. Plus we wanted to go in the bullet train. From the initial enquiry, Jenny quickly replied to my request and she was very flexible in arranging exactly what we wanted, including being back in Shanghai by a certain time.
The price was competitive and you could pay via Alipay or credit card.
On the day we were picked up by our guide, Cathy, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the places she took us to. Cathy felt more like a friend joining us, than a guide, which made the trip even better. Cathy suggested food to eat during the day, some of which I would never have tried on my own.
Our driver in Shanghai and Suzhou were also very good.
Jenny and Cathy also suggested additional things we could do in Shanghai, which was very useful for our last day.
I would highly recommend Jenny Tours.

Suzhou Private Tour - We booked our Suzhou private tour with JennyShanghaiTour. Jenny was very professional and responsive and the whole booking process was really smooth.
Our tour guide Celina was wonderful and awesome. She was very friendly and joyous, more like good friend to us.
The Lingering Garden which was a private residence was very impressive. The tour to the Silk museum was quite informative. We visited the Zhouzhuang Water Village in the afternoon including the gondola ride. The old water village was unique and well preserved, definitely worth a visit.
We greatly enjoyed our tour and many thanks to Jenny and Celine. Highly recommended !

Superb time to Suzhou from Shanghai by high speed train - We signed up for another private tour with Jenny Travel after a very joyous one to Zhujiajiao. Claire has proven to be an excellent and flexible guide once again, this time to Suzhou. I have my aged parents and young son with us this trip and Claire was able to adapt the itinerary during the day according to our needs. She even searched for tea leaves when my son mentioned it. In addition, she went through all the trouble to change our return train tickets when we were tired. We remain grateful to Claire who helped make our trip a very successful one! Thank you Jenny, thank you Claire!

Shanghai holiday - Summer was amazing so helpful nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond, giving me her number to call her if I got stuck with anything the driver was friendly and punctual. Would definitely recommend Summer and her driver she is the most bubbly friendly person I met. Very well organised thanks Jenny Shanghai Tours and team 😊😊

Very Good Day Trip - Thank you for planning our trip to Suzhou. It was a present trip with your excellent guide showing us the attractions in the town. We hope we have more time to cover the many places of interest. Should Have spend a night there.
The tour guide speak English and it really help. I very much appreciate the communication prior to the trip. The guide was punctual and the transportation was coordinated perfectly using car and high speed train to Suzhou.
