This tour is crafted for travelers eager to go beyond the usual paths and experience the thrill of true exploration. It combines an ice cave visit with an exhilarating glacier hike, allowing participants to delve deep into the glacier, away from the usual crowds. The tour also includes a visit to the popular ice caves, scheduled at a less busy time.

The adventure begins with a 40-minute 4x4 ride to the glacier. The first stop is an ice cave, where participants will spend an hour exploring. The aim is always to visit the best available cave, though the selection may change throughout the winter. This year, the most stunning cave is known as Sparkle Ice Cave. However, there may be times when entering it is too risky. Rest assured, participants will be informed if conditions change.

Following the ice cave exploration, participants will prepare for the glacier hike, which can last up to 3 hours. If the weather cooperates, expect to witness breathtaking sights such as ice canyons, calving sites, crevasses, and moulins. Participants will return feeling like accomplished explorers!
