The best experience on the glacier. - Great route through the glacier! A unique experience, with the best Guide you could expect. Marcus has wonderful humor and lots of interesting stories to tell. You can tell the experience. He took us to the group very well. It was a small group of 8 people. They give you all the necessary material. Very good excursion to see the glacier in about 2-3 hours. Recommended.

Fabulous hike on a glacier! - We thoroughly enjoyed our glacier hike with Local Guide. The scenery was beautiful, and our guide was knowledgeable, informative, and entertaining. She was patient with our slower pace (we are in our 70’s), and as a bonus, took lots of beautiful pictures! The crampons provided by the company were also helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Unforgettable - A unique experience, the hike allows you to reach the base of the wonderful ice pillars on the Vatnajokull outlet called Falljokull. Arnaud, the Guide, was exceptional in providing explanations and answering all kinds of questions and curiosities, no aspect was overlooked, especially regarding safety, the materials provided were of high quality.

An unforgettable excursion - We did the discovery tour. It was beautiful, living up to our expectations. Our Guide Arnaud was very competent, interesting and safe. The time spent on the ice was perfect. We highly recommend.

The Best Iceland Experience! - Coming from a tropical country, I can say that this experience is a major highlight of my Iceland trip. The hike was filled with memorable moments, including a couple of adrenaline-pumping scares. By the end, we all agreed that this adventure was even better than the ice cave tour we did the day before. It felt much more intimate. Shout out to our incredible guide, Asta! I don't think I have ever encountered such an excellent guide before meeting her. She was patient, technically competent, knowledgeable about the glaciers and Iceland, and passionate about her work. Towards the end she made sure that we see amazing features of the glaciers that even she had never seen before. She always made sure everyone was safe and paid close attention to everyone. Go with Flo 😁 - Super experience! Great Guide Flo who made the hike even more fun than we expected. Good balance between “not too difficult” and still very exciting and challenging. Also great plus is that they bring you to the tongue with a super jeep. So all energy and time goes to the Glacier. Big thanks Flo!
