Golden Circle Perfection - The tour was great; we have managed to see all the highlights of the golden circle with the sun up - I would definitely recommend this tour.

Golden circle tour is unforgettable. - Took a lot of photos, I will come back again! We have a small group tour operated by David the Guide, only 4 tourists in a van. Totally a perfect tour!

Excellent tour - The guide is great. The tour guide is nice, and he took us to some small scenic spots that are not included in the plan. The view is great.

Must do! - Our guide Diego (Davi Diego) was amazing. The ice cave looks very small from the outside but it's incredible large and stunning inside. Davi helped us with photo tips and best angles and lighting. While we waited to enter, he tells fun stories/facts, he kept us entertained. Cave wasn't too cold, no need to bring extra layers, the ice is very dry surprisingly. Must do experience in Iceland!

Our tour guide was... - Our tour guide was amazing. He really took the time to go over as much detail about the Glacier and ice cave as much as possible. The ice cave was crowded with a bunch of other companies, but our guide made the most of what we could control.

Naturally beautiful, ruined by man - The cave was beautiful and the guide very good, unfortunately they let too many people in at a time, the entrance is not well staggered and then inside you find yourself waiting a lot of time for the groups ahead. I would add that at one point I also got anxious because at the bottom of the cave there were so many droplets of water coming down from the ceiling, probably from too much human heat that made the glacier melt. They should be careful about this.

Rude, money hungry company. Tourist trap. - Unfortunately this review is not for the ice caves, but for the company. It’s so sad to have such a rude, money hungry company in a beautiful country like Iceland. I arrived at the pickup location given to me by Guide To Iceland at 12:15pm where I waited until 1:15pm (the tour was supposed to start at 1:00pm) I then spoke to the staff in the cafe, asking them if I was in the correct location, to which they said “all tours are departing from a different car park due to the construction in the main car park” they attempted to call the company and advised I walk down to the correct car park to find a Crystal Cave Tour representative, which there was none and I waited for an additional hour. I did find another guide to ask her, she also attempted to call the company with her own phone which rang out. When I told the staff in the cafe I was calling Crystal Cave Tours they said “of course it’s crystal” and told me that none of the tour companies answer calls, especially Crystal Cave Tours, the tour guide who assisted me by calling the company on her personal phone also stated that “they will not answer at this time” after the phone rang out. The company is refusing to give me a refund for the bad communication, I have sent them full proof of not receiving any emails to advise of the location change, I have sent them proof of attempting to call. I also have proof of parking that I had been there since 11:15am. The company made no attempt to contact me, this is an expensive tour, if I’m not at the pickup location something is obviously wrong! I flew 25 hours from Australia almost solely for this experience. I followed every instruction given to me by the company and guide to Iceland and instead I’m left angry, disappointed and 21,299 króna out of pocket. Disgusting behaviour.

Late Cancel - The tour was cancelled less than 24 hours before it happened and the refund won’t be paid until 5/7 days. This highly limited our itinerary and the late refund is limiting our possibilities.
