Fun on an ATV! - So fun. Saw views you don’t get from typical outings…ATVs are fun and the differing terrain made it even better.

Fun time on an ATV - We accidentally booked the same ATV tour twice, but the organizer contacted us and coordinated a two hour tour once instead of two of the same one-hour tours. We went up two mountains on the ATVs on the tour - a great experience. The ATVs were easy to handle and not overly intimidating (as someone having never driven one before). The guides were helpful in making sure we felt confident in what we were doing and gave a lot of information about location/landmarks during the stops. Can't wait to do it again when it's warmer.

Excellent fun! - Great day starting off with the Lava tunnel which was beautiful! About 4degrees inside despite being bright and warm outside so be sure to wear appropriate clothing. Quad biking in the afternoon with Sir Cactus, who was highly entertaining and knowledgable. He lead the quad biking well and talked us through the history of the area. Many thanks, would highly recommend! Just wish we'd booked for longer.

Alessandro rocks! - This was the highlight of my trip to Iceland, despite the bad weather. Turns out, I was the only one booked for my time slot, so it ended up being a private tour! Alessandro was an awesome guide, and hopefully he appreciated that I had driven quads before, haha! Highly recommended!

lots of fun - Our guide Bjarki was great. Very friendly, very chill. he assisted in taking pictures of us. We got to see beautiful views of Reyjkavik. Originally, our full day tour was half an Artic Adventure Cave Tour and the latter half was a Safari ATV tour. We were very unhappy with our Artic Adventure tour. We felt very rushed and felt bad for the older folks in our group. We sent an email after caving. Safari ended up getting the email and was extremely apologetic. They extended our ATV tour as a courtesy even though they were not responsible for our arctic adventure tour experience. It was very nice of them.

Great Time - What a great half day tour. The ATV ride was fun and exciting and our tour guide Sir Cactus was knowledge and entertaining. He than dropped us off at a nice deli for lunch and that's where we were picked up for our next adventure lava caving. Derk had so much energy and made the lava cave challenging but fun, would recommend this tour for anyone up for a fun filled day. Would do it again!

So fun we did it again at night! - Thanks Tony for the really fun ATV tour! The scenery at the top of the mountain was beautiful! We are excited to see it at sunset! The lava cave was also a lot of fun...though challenging in the smaller areas. Both guides were excellent and we highly recommend this combo tour!

This was a great day in Iceland. We... -
This was a great day in Iceland. We were picked up from our hotel as promised and taken the the ATV HQ where we were fitted with snow suits, gloves and helmets. Then Indi and Alex showed us how to operate the ATVs. They made sure we were completely confident and comfortable with the machines. The ATVs were clean, newer and well-maintained. We rode off in convoy across fields, back roads and trails and eventually ended up on top of a mountain for photos, a brief stretch and a snowball fight. On the way back we splashed through mud puddles and forded a small river. It was a great first experience on an ATV. Thanks, guys!

Then they drove us back in to downtown Reykjavik where we had an hour to get something to eat. Around the appointed time, we were picked up by another van for the lava caving portion of the tour. Our driver/guide sorry, but we forgot his name, but he was from Greece drove us to the lava fields and once parked, he issued helmets and lights. After a short briefing and safety check, we headed for the lava tubes. Our guide was very informative and knowledgeable and one of the best parts of the tour was sitting deep inside the cave and turning off the lights to experience total darkness. We also took a few minutes to just sit and listen to the cave. We didn't descend very far - it was more of a level walk, but we did go fairly deep into the cave. There were a couple of tight squeezes, but they opened up into bigger areas quite quickly. It was terrific! I am 6'2 tall and slightly claustrophobic, but I never felt confined or restricted. After the tour, we were driven back to our hotel. Rain or shine, take this tour.
