Incredible experience!!! - Amazingly nice boat with very friendly and lovely staff! We got a very good soup on the boat, which partly consisted of the fish we had just caught! Really recommend this tour if you are in Lofoten! The view is also amazing from the sea when you see Svolvaer and Lofoten from outside:)

Fun fishing excursion-great for families! - Our adult family participated in this luxury fishing trip with very personable Kenneth and Sachi. They were fantastic and the boat was extremely stable, comfortable, and also spotlessly clean. I took Bonine before the trip, but don't think it was necessary as the sailing was very smooth. Kenneth is great and changes locations swiftly if worthy fish aren't being caught. He is also very helpful to anyone who needs assistance with fishing. My adult son had the success of catching a great Codfish. The perk of catching a fish means all the guests on the boat get fresh fish added to their already delicious vegetable soup and bread that Sachi prepares at the end. We were fortunate to have absolutely perfect warm, sunny weather on our trip in July, but my suspicion is that Kenneth and Sachi make the trip wonderful even on a cold, rainy day. My only recommendation that I'd give for improvement is to extend the trip to 4 hours instead of 3. It is so fun that another hour would give a bit more fishing time and also not make the soup eating be so rushed at the end. I consider this a "must do" activity if in the Svolvaer area and you're interested in sailing and fishing. It is quite enjoyable!

10/10 Experience - My dad and I booked the fishing trip with World Sea Explorers and loved it so much that we decided to book the Midnight Sail for the very next day. We stayed 2 hours away from where the yacht is docked but it was definitely worth the drive. Kenneth and Sachi (the crew) were amazing hosts. They care so deeply for the ocean and its wildlife and truly give you a fantastic insight into their Norwegian life. Being on the yacht itself is a treat! It is truly luxurious. This was definitely the highlight of our trip in Lofoten. Don’t hesitate, it is truly worth it.

Amazing deep sea fishing trip - The crew was really nice, friendly and helpful. The crew took kids well into consideration, in our case they treated them like adults and gave them the same equipment. This experience was amazing. We got lots of fish, everyone caught at least one fish. We can highly recommend this trip! Amazing view, luxury boat, and, above all, friendly and competent captain and crew!

Highly recommended - It was so much fun. The yacht was very cozy and warm. The captain was very knowledgeable and his mate had an excellent cooking skill. Both of them were very nice and taught us well. We caught big fishes and brought back home. Highly recommended to everybody who wishes to learning fishing.

BEWARE… - We booked their 3 hour fishing charter. Unfortunate experience overall… if you have done fishing charters previously be advised this is not really a “fishing” charter. It’s a boat cruise… The good news is you travel <30 min. near the harbor to get to a fishing spot… however we fished only 40 minutes out of the 3 hours. You will drop shot heavy tackle down to 50+\- meters. The gear is very heavy so be aware if you have kids, elderly people…. In full transparency based on weather conditions (high seas) the trip should have been canceled. The biggest heads up is you will have to pay (reimburse the boat) if any tackle breaks.. which because the Captain fishes on/near rocks tackle gets caught and breaks… this is a joke and unreasonable since tackle breaking isn’t the Fault of the customer! Also if you are fishing with more than 5 people per side and there is any wind it’s going to be very crowded…which makes fishing very difficult. The “dinner” is vegetable soup and if you catch a fish that goes into the soup. Ship was very nice inside and out. Free Coffee and Tea. Captain is very safety conscious!
