Evening desert safari with Aziz - amazing expirience, don’t miss it! - Actually this is a review for the afternoon safari with bbq, because there was some trouble with the car, and they changed our booking. It was an excellent safari. We enjoyed it very much. Dune bashing, quad riding, sandboarding, dinner, the show… everything was so good that you shouldn’t miss it! Unlimited Soft drinks, smoking area and you can buy alcohol. And Aziz, our driver, was so nice and at our service! Thank you, Aziz!

Great Time Dune Bashing - This trip was a very fun way to spend part of a day in Abu Dhabi. Our driver was very professional and kind. The best part of the trip was definitely the dune bashing. The ATVs were also quite fun, one note is that booking through Viator did not give the option for the longer ATV ride, another vehicle on our trip had that option for some of their riders. Overall still a great experience!

Great experience - Brilliant, really good value for money! A great morning sand bashing (such a great driver) a real adrenaline rush - then a beautiful stop in the desert for quad biking, camel riding and sand boarding - would 100% recommend!

Desert safari - Fantastic experience with a great tour guide Arif my family did the morning desert safari and it was amazing! Such a great experience

Thrilling and exciting activity - I was initially a little apprehensive of booking the excursion given the limited reviews. However, I would definitely recommend booking this tour! Our tour guide(driver) arrived punctually and collected us from outside of our hotel. After picking up the other guests, we made our way to the desert where we first stopped at a camel farm. I had the opportunity to feed the camel. Following this, we went on a sand dune bashing. An extremely thrilling experience and the car was handled well adding to the experience. We stopped for photos and the tour guide was very helpful in assisting with photographs and poses. Through the sand dunes, we eventually made our way through to camp where we jumped on to a quad bike. It was an enjoyable quad tour and was able to speed through the desert on the quads following a tour guide. It was exciting and challenging to handle the quads and well worth the experience. We was able to get a few selfies and videos whilst on the quad. Once we returned, we jumped on to a camel and was given a quick camel ride with the guide offering to take plenty of pictures of us whilst we was up there. We attempted to do the sand boarding/skiing but struggled with the sand being smooth to slide down. We would need to climb a higher sand dune to get the full experience but given the heat, we did not have the energy to climb the higher dune. Unfortunately, we did not get to dress up to take photos which I would of really loved to have the opportunity to do. Also, at the time of booking it states dates with Arabic tea and coffee but this also was not provided which was a shame. Overall, it was an amazing and thrilling experience which we would definitely recommend!

Viator payment / scheduling issue - While the activity itself was great, the booking experience was sub-par. We paid for a private-tour, 6a pickup via Viator. However, the tour operator followed up soon after purchase to let us know we'd be picked up at 845a. When I explained that we had selected the 6a timeslot, they shared we needed to pay extra for the individual tour. In a bind (due to tight timing), we obliged and informed them to look into the Viator syndication/connection in case there was an issue. In my opinion, we should not have been charged that additional amount due to the disconnect.

Actual scam, go away - 45 min to go and come back. 10mins 4x4, 10mins of quad, 30 Seconds camel (15sec for my friend because "yalah no time", and only one ride in dune (yalah no tome". 100ml of water. Dates juices, soft drink (inexistant) but were included, traditional clothes are sold 3 times the price when supposed to be included. Visit of camel farm : inexistant. Actual scam, management never answered us .... Go away from them

Good but company may change times without warning! - Firstly, the trip was fab and enjoyed the sand dunes and quad biking (guide friendly). The problem was we booked for an early morning slot only to find out the same morning they had changed this by 3 hours later…. No warning, no cancellation option, no reason … just a message saying driver would pick up at 8 instead of 5am… already up by that time ….didn’t know if it was a mistake … no contact details… this completely ruined the plans we had for the rest of the day … why have a time if they then change it last minute. Company non apologetic and basically tough!
