economic pass - very convenient, costs less than taking all round trips separately. Gives right to a reduced rate for the roof of Europe.

Incredible value! - We bought the 8 day pass with the Swiss travel pass discount and it saved us so much money. It was also extremely easy to use (QR code saved on our phones). If you are going to be in the region for any amount of time and want to explore, I highly recommend purchasing.

Top of the World Sights! Top of the World Feeling! - The views were amazing not only at the top but all the way up and down. But hope that a review could be done to the insurance claim process which till date the partner insurance company has not reverted to my mail.

Awesome views, but very crowded - The views are spectacular. However, the lifts inside the mountain were very crowded. The Ice Palace was awesome. Do not miss this, but be prepared for the crowds.

Worth it though pricy - Worth doing but on expensive side - buy ticket, then buy a seat. Views amazing. Go on first 3 of morning when less crowded. 2 hours there is more than enough.

Absolute Chaos! - Amazing experience once you get there. Unfortunately the train and stations you have to take and travel through are unbelievably badly organised resulting in chaos. Rude and unprofessional staff at Eigergletscher really do not help the situation and quite frankly ruin the whole experience, especially watch out for the red haired lady who's extremely unpleasant.

Overpriced, over commercialized, and underwhelming - The tickets were so overpriced for the experience you receive. We did the early bird passes because they were a little cheaper and we had hoped to beat the crowds- but I don’t think that is possible as we were stuffed onto a train to the top. In addition, the experience seems to have lost some of its appreciation for natural beauty to commercialism. There are ads playing everywhere constantly to the point where it is distracting. The walk across the glacier was cool, but the rest of the activities were an additional charge and did not look worth the price. There are many gondola rides to the top of mountains in Europe I would gladly repeat but this is not one of them. In fact, if I could have predicted my experience I wouldn’t have gone in the first place.

Place unsuitable for a large number of tourists - One of the big negative points is that all the restaurants were reserved for groups during lunch, even the self-service one. So leaving the tourists without solution at the top of the jungfraujoch. We were lucky enough to be able to eat before a group arrived in an Indian restaurant (Bolywood) which was a very bad experience. Firstly we make you eat on cardboard plates and cardboard cutlery for 33.- per person. Supposedly it's a buffet, there were no starters, no desserts and only 5 hot dishes. This restaurant is clearly a steal. Otherwise, the activities inside are fun but the place is rather small for so many tourists and groups.

Jungfrau Travel Pass - Do NOT buy the Jungfrau Travel Pass unless you think you will visit 3-4 different places each day including the Lakes using Ferry. The trains are not that expensive and the train and ferry costs cannot be added up to $695.23 for two adults and two children for three day travel pass that only works in Jungfrau region. For two adults and two children, the travel pass costs $445 but you have to pay extra $225 to take a train to go all the way up to Jungfraujoch which is the top of the mountain. It is false advertising. It is cheaper to buy half fare with free family pass (children under 16 are free along with a parent) and use the half fare to get 50% off on everything.

Full of Promise, No Delivery! - Over crowded, chaotic, disorganised, disappointing. The train crew were overwhelmed. Some were aggressive and I saw one incident that, I viewed, as an assault by a female crew member against a female passenger. One crew member was unnecessarily screaming at passengers. It was obvious that the people she was screaming at, did not speak the local language. When I asked her not to scream at them she handed out chocolates. WTF? There were no plans for passenger management, poor signage, no one to assist or guide people on what we were expecting to be a fantastic experience. Getting off the train at the top was akin to being shot through a straw into a can of sardines with verylittle chance of escape. If you want to have one of the worst tourist experiences anywhere in the world, this is for you!
