Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,380m)
Langtang Valley - Begin the trek with a descent to the Bhote Koshi River, followed by an ascent to Rimche (2,400m). The path then descends to the Langtang Khola and follows the river upstream to Lama Hotel. This trek takes about 6 hours. Overnight stay in a teahouse at Lama Hotel.
Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3,430m)
Langtang Valley - Continue along the trail through dense forests of oak, maple, and rhododendron. Pass through the villages of Ghoda Tabela and Thangsyap before arriving at Langtang Village. The trek lasts around 6-7 hours. Overnight in a teahouse at Langtang Village.
Trek from Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m)
Kyanjin Gompa - The trail gradually ascends through yak pastures and glacial moraines. Pass through the villages of Mundu and Sindum before reaching Kyanjin Gompa. The trek takes approximately 4-5 hours. Overnight in a teahouse at Kyanjin Gompa.

Kyanjin Gompa - Enjoy a rest day to explore the surrounding areas. Visit the local cheese factory, the Kyanjin Gompa monastery, or hike to the nearby Kyanjin Ri peak (4,700m) for breathtaking views of the Langtang range. Overnight in a teahouse at Kyanjin Gompa.
Trek from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel
Langtang National Park - Retrace the trail back to Lama Hotel. The descent is easier and quicker, taking around 6 hours. Overnight in a teahouse at Lama Hotel.
Trek from Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi
Thulo Syabru - The trail descends steeply to the Bhote Koshi River, then ascends to Rimche. From there, it’s a gradual descent to Syabrubesi. The trek takes about 5 hours. Overnight in a teahouse at Syabrubesi.
Drive back from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu
Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal - The drive back takes around 6-7 hours. You will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu, concluding the Langtang Valley Trek.
