Quality Tour that's run well - My wife and I have been on many Hop on-Hop off tours and they are great when they are run well. This one is run very well. The equipment all worked, no scrambling to find a seat with a working head phone jack. The drivers were helpful and went out of their way to let us know when and where to get off to catch to last bus home. This was the best out of dozens we have taken in our travels.

Simply awesome - It is the easiest and cheapest way to experience Sydney. The ticket can be ordered online via mobile phone and costs about AUD 70 - that's about 35 euros. With the earphones you can hear in the most important languages the facts about where you are driving by. If you get off somewhere, you can later continue on the next bus or change the line. There are 2 in Sydney - the red and blue lines. I liked the red line that runs through the city centre better than the blue or so-called Bondi Beach Tour. The times between tours are very well clocked i.e. every 15 - 20 minutes a new bus arrives.

The Big bus booster bola - The veiw was awesome and the bus was comfy as aunty pam was amazing at the stop. Not sure I need to explain how much fun myself and the kids had with 100 characters it was super great.

Great Time! - Big Bus Sydney is a hop on hop off tour that is very informative about the history and important landmarks. You have an opportunity to see the lay of the land and plan the places you want to visit at a later time.

Good overview. Not enough buses. Yours end too early - Great overview of the city. Nice driver. Gave us another day since the blue line was out of service on our first day.

Not worth it - They make you get a printed ticket and they don’t have ticket printers at every stop. If you lose your printed ticket they won’t let you on the bus, they make you buy I whole new ticket. The bus stops at 3:30pm last ride. Only 2 buses for the blue line so wait time is 45 minutes. Narration doesn’t have many facts and plays cheesy music in between. It’s cheaper to just take a DiDi between attractions

Failure to communicate - Bus driver was rude, and did not inform us that we would need ear devices to hear the script. We discovered a block before the trip ended that they were in front of the bus, but it was too late by then.

Spoil your holiday - We bought the 48 hour tour a few months ago during our trip to Sydney. After the Opera House, we wanted to use it to see other important places, but when we got on the bus, the driver forced us to go upstairs despite the heavy hail and we had to sit on wet seats under the hail. No raincoats or umbrellas were provided. As if that wasn't enough, all the passengers, including us, were scolded by the driver from the moment we got on. If you don't want to be humiliated by a driver who has no human compassion and ruin your holiday like we did, stay away. I've been to many countries and this was by far my worst experience.
