The commentary from Jed... - The commentary from Jed and the friendly way he brought the group together was outstanding. The weather was not great and the cable car was not working but I enjoyed the railway and the walk and Featherdale.

Awesome - Our driver Aaron was brilliant, he gave us so much information from when they were picking up from hotels to arrival at stops. His sense of humor was wicked and so very helpful

Best tour don’t miss it - This is an awesome tour. Plenty of information scenery activity that the day just fly by. Featherdale Wildlife park was amazing interaction with the animals. Even the conclusion riding the ferry back to town was a great additional view of the area just plan for it. We had sunset dinner at the harbor!

An exciting day in contact with Nature of NSW - A must trip if you want to see many things in just one day. Barry, the driver and guide, makes everything so easy that you just need to enjoy the trip. His knowledge and acid comments are terrific. Kids loved the visit to animals conservation place, and Blue Mountains view is simply spectacular. And a different ending with the come back to Sydney by ferry. You won’t regret it.

Good but not great - Trip started with a pick up at 7:00 am on the dot (even tho the pick up time said 7:55 on the booking but was told 7 am when I emailed to confirm booking) Our tour guide was Ben and he was very knowledgeable and took us to a lookout point before the actual tour started because we were ahead of schedule. Our first stop was Featherdale Sydney Wildlife park which was really fun seeing all the Australian animals, Ben also surprised us with a little koala toy We then headed to a little town called Leura for lunch which in my honest opinion was unnecessary and a waste of time. You only get an hour and all the food places are busy so realistically you get like 10 minutes. Lunch would have been better at scenic world (get to that after) After "lunch" we headed to the Echo Point and the 3 sisters. Weather was a bit cloudy but still a great view. Final stop was Scenic World/Blue Mountains where we had 3 rides but sadly was only 2 because the cableway was down for maintenance and we really didn't have much time at scenic world which would haven't had happened if we didn't stop in Leura for lunch to do a cafe and food at scenic world Finally we drove to Sydney Olympic Park we we had to catch a ferry back to the city. Sadly Ben made this super awkward by saying if we wanted our $10 back for the ferry we can or we can let him keep it for a tip except he was too concerned with sending pictures to people then giving us our money so it made it awkward to ask him.

DO NOT GO TO THE BLUE MOUNTAINS MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY - We went to the Nlue Mountains from Sydney for a quiet break. The weather was terrible.. nobody to blame for that but the most bizarre thing is that places are closed Monday to Wednesday including the gift shop and bar at our hotel and the tearoom at the Campbell's Rhododendron Park. When I asked the info booth man at Echo point when they go to a full week (given it is school holidays and pretty full) he looked at me incredulously and said." They work Thursday to Sunday so Monday to Wednesday is their weekend". This is NOT seasonal. You have been warned

BD experience from Viator. - We had informed the pickup from Hotel at 7am while booking and reconfirmed through email. Accordingly we were waiting for the bus and it didn’t come until 7:15am, when I called the contact number, they replied the pickup time in my hotel is 8am 😡. Sharp 8am, the bus driver came, he was a very nice guy (Mr Aaron). He explained each and every things we needed. I will give him 10/10 and the booking company (Viator) 0/10. I had bad experience from this company for the two tours. First one (Whale watching) they cancelled just one day before and Blue mountain tour they gave wrong pickup time.🥴
