Fun and challenging! - A fun experience where we completed the Bank of Australia Heist. The staff are friendly and only appear for tips if prompted. Clever puzzles though we did feel like some of the mechanisms did not work as well as we thought as we tried them then had to go back to try them again as we knew they meant something to the challenge. A challenging but very fun room.

Great hour of fun! - We did the young wizards quest. It was great fun. First I thought it was one room and that would have been underwhelming. But I was so wrong! I took my 10 and 12 year olds and their 2 best friends. I did the bulk reading of long texts, but everyone contributed and solved different challenges and puzzles. It was great to be 4-5 when you have younger kids in the group. Level 2 but fine for this age with an active adult. And we did ask for a few hints. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to do it again. Kids eager to return too.

Fun night out - Four of us did the Alice in Puzzleland escape. Great one to do with older kids. One clue was damaged but staff assistance was fast and appropriate. Will go again.

Highly recommended, friendly staff and great choices of escape rooms - Excellent! Have done three escape rooms here so far, Alice in Puzzleland, Secret Service and Wizardry. Great escape rooms overall, would recommend

Fun and Team Work! - Mum and I have done escape rooms before but my sister visiting from the UK hadn't we booked in to do the Wizard's Quest, we enjoyed it so much we stayed and did Alice in Wonderland We enjoy every minute!

Alice in Puzzleland - Alice in Puzzleland was great fun with friends! A nice way to spend a Saturday morning, working together and bouncing ideas of each other.

Good time! - Fun and challenging. Staff were excellent and had a great sense of humour. We did the bank heist option.

Escape Hunt - recommended - Well organised, challenging (in a good way!) and above all fun - we really enjoyed completing this Escape Room as a family of five and would happily go back and try another experience

Great experience and fun but would be better if puzzles worked. - I attended with my 10 year old son and we did have fun. We have completed a room here before. The Alice game was fun and was a good change from just getting combination codes to locks however some of the puzzles just don't make sense to the point. In some cases, ypu don't where where the puzzle is leading to and we accidentally skipped puzzles and solved the next. Eg, the recipe puzzle. There is absolutely no clues on what to do once you have the recipe cprrect. There there was the fact that one of the puzzles did not work. We asked for a hint but the hint was what we had already done bit did not work. We tried multiple times and it still did not work. We asked again and did not get a reply. We wasted around 20mins trying to figure out if we had missed something or needed to do setting else for that puzzle to work. After about 15 attempts and moving things around, it finally worked and it was exactly how we had first placed the pieces. By this time, we had only a couple of minutes left. In the end we ran out of time. When the staff member came in to show us the rest, we told them and all that was said was, "oh well". No offer of partial refund or off of another chance to complete the room at a later date/time. Quite disappointed by that but at the end of the day, we still had fun amd will return again.

The white rabbit disappeared - We started off very well with our ipad and basket of goodies on the Alice in wonderland outside adventure but halfway through the ipad crashed. Wecalled the number provided but there was no answer. We had to head back to the office. My daughter organised this for the two of us but as we are leaving Sydney tomorrow we could not accept a gift card.
