Additional Information

This is Sydney’s only true 3-in-1 whale watching cruise. It includes a city sights cruise with live commentary on Sydney’s history, both past and present, a BBQ lunch, and a whale watching experience on the ultimate Sydney Harbour cruise. Relax as you take in the sights of Sydney from the water, cruising around Sydney Harbour while enjoying a BBQ buffet lunch or breakfast (available on Saturdays and Sundays only) served on board. Then, venture into the open sea for whale watching, passing through the Sydney Harbour Heads. Your crew will locate the whales and provide informative commentary on their activities. These majestic sea giants were once nearly hunted to extinction, with the humpback population believed to have been as low as 200 whales at one point in history. Conservation efforts have helped increase their numbers to a safe level, preventing extinction. This whale-watching cruise has limited capacity, ensuring plenty of room inside and out for comfortable viewing on your spacious sightseeing vessel.

First time in Australia: amazing whale watching tour! - For our first time in Australia, we wanted to delve into Australian life and nature, and this tour was perfect! We saw lots of whales and even some dolphins. The marine biologist on board provided fascinating insights about the whales, making it both educational and enjoyable. The lunch served on board was delicious as well. Highly recommend this tour!

We saw whales, we felt yucky, and I wish it was a little bit shorter. - Based on if we saw whales? 5 stars. Based on the overall experience? Not the most amazing cruise I’ve ever been on. DEFINITELY bring sea sickness meds. A ton of people were sick on our boat. The food was good but bring snacks for later. You only get about 30-40 mins to eat in the very beginning and then they close down the food from there. The crew was so nice on the boat but when we were at the dock waiting it was very confusing and we waited quite a while trying to figure out what to do. Our original cruise was rescheduled for another day due to weather which was easy to do but made checking in more difficult when we actually got there. Overall I think I’d have been a little happier with about an hour less on the boat but that’s just because I was feeling so yucky even after taking Dramamine. Even the toddlers on board were getting sick. It’s very very rocky the whole time. When you’re actually seeing the whales you aren’t moving around very much and the boat just gets beat by the waves the whole time.

Could be better - Feeling the seat of the boat is seriously insufficient In each small table on the 2nd floor but over 8 people! The bottom floor 1 is a long table, all are reserved, at least those people have chairs to sit, and the dining area is also close! On the 2nd floor, the light is in line to pick up meals for a long time, and the drinking area is also on the 1st floor! When we picked up to the 2nd floor, the boat was too big, and the drinks were also sparkling! The meal for this lunch is very ordinary Very selectively The breakfast is not enough! And it is only open for about 30 minutes Very many people in line and not very delicious. Even though this is an important whaling trip, but not seeing a few whales, even seeing a distant image, other nearby vessels can be very close to the whale population, only we, this tourist, are complaining that other vessels can see the whale population, our one is always chasing the tail of other vessels, but still can not chase the whale population! If there is a chance to witch whales next time, we will choose another home boat.
