Highlights

Cabot Trail - You will travel along the South Eastern corner of the Cabot Trail admiring some great ocean views as well as some spectacular inland bay views.
Gaelic College - You will visit the Gaelic college with an opportunity to spot your tartan, get a unique souvenir and learn about the teachings of the Gaelic culture and music that is conducted at this active college.
Baddeck - You will visit the village of Baddeck with time for a light lunch, a chance to explore the shops of the village or just enjoy the views as the village is nestled on the shores of the Bras D’Or Lake. There is also an opportunity to visit the Alexander Graham Bell Museum, where you will learn about the first flight in Canada with the Silver Dart plane and the worlds first hydrofoil all built in Baddeck.
Cape Breton Island - As you travel to and from Sydney and the Cabot Trail you will have a couple of photo stops along the way where the guide will also inform you of the history present and future of the Greater Sydney area as well as much of the local wildlife. On the return to Sydney you will enjoy a mini city tour of Sydney.

The Baddeck and Cabot Trail Tour gives you a great opportunity to explore part of the World Famous Cabot Trail and its ocean side views as well as visiting one of the most scenic and quaint villages on the island. You will leave Sydney and make your way to the countryside where after a ride on a cable pulled ferry will be on the Cabot Trail. There is a brief comfort stop before exploring more of the Trail with numerous photo stops offered along the way. Upon arrival at the Gaelic College learn all about the Gaelic culture on the island. In Baddeck, explore the shops and cafes, admire the views of this lakeside village and then visit the excellent Alexander Graham Bell Museum, on the return journey to Sydney there are a couple more photo stops before your arrival back.

An outstanding day tour with a remarkable driver guide - Our driver Sidhu made sure that our 200 kms, 5 hour tour was done carefully and comfotably. .His van was immaculately clean He was an outstanding reoresentatve for your company. Hsi commentary was good moreover his concern for us to have time for photos, and take in the fabulous scenery and the climax being the Bell museum was much appreciated. HE was jolly and nothing was too much trouble. HE went out of his way to make sure we saw both a Bald eagle and an Osprey close up in a stationary position on nearby poles.. This was a fabulous tour with a fabulous young man as our driver guide

Great! - Our driver Gurtej was wonderful. He was concerned that we were happy and satisfied. He showed us special things and went out of his way to make sure we saw things that interest us. We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip with him.

Awesome - Amanjot was a wonderful tour guide. We stopped at beautiful lookouts and had spectacular views of Cape Bretton Island. He took the time to show us what we wanted to see and made the tour very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour.

Not private, not a tour - This is not really a tour with a guide and commentary. This is taxi transportation Our “guide" drove us to Braddock and gave us our tickets to the Alexander Graham Bell Museum. We self toured the museum with nothing from our guide. Then we proceeded to drive much of the Cabot Trail stopping for a photo at numerous locations along the way. At no time did the “guide “ offer any information about what we were seeing or about the area in general. After 5 hours, he dropped us back at the cruise port. We arrived back with absolutely no more knowledge about the area and sights than when we left. When we arrived at the AGB museum it was pouring rain. Rather than letting off near the entrance where there was plenty of room to do so, he drove to the back of the parking lot and we walked 200 yds or so in the rain. Guess since he was going to get wet, we all should. Website says “private transportation “ We shared cramped quarters with another couple. Rent a car; it will be cheaper and will provide you with the same experience.
